It was your average Subway. The employees took great care of my sandwich but weren’t very social. No smiles. No greeting. No friendliness, etc. Nothing. They weren’t rude but they weren’t personable either. No smiles.
He almost sneezed (toward the food) but held it in. Yet he kept on working like nothing happened. That almost freaked me out and made me very nervous. The only reason I was ok with the sandwich was because he didn’t sneeze and kept his mouth closed.

Today was not good service stop by to get turkey foot long. While walking in two employees guy and young lady with black hair. The guy spoke prep sandwich good attitude I’m already standing three other people walked in the guy stated to prep their sandwich. The young lady started to put their condiments on sandwich ignoring me. The guy looked at me and said I got you. This young lady has a problem with someone darker color. That rude and uncalled for.

Placed my order through the app. Ordered Italian BMT toasted with the veggies shown and less mayonnaise and less red wine vinegar. What I got was an untoasted soggy mess!!! I picked it up as they were finishing the sandwich so it didn’t sit there. No mayo at all. Just soppy with the vinegar! Inedible!! Disgusting!! Tried calling to complain but no one would answer the phone!! Never again will I use the subway on Park in Orange Park, Fl!!!

I ordered a tuna sub and left not knowing I had a turkey and ham . I called and was told sorry you can bring it back. No cause I was on my lunch break amd it took ling enough to get the sandwhich in the store. Won’t be back thats messed up.

Definitely the best subway I’ve been to in years. Brings back a lot of memories of grabbing a sub. My work is now located next to this location and it’s been a huge stress reliever to be able to order my food an hour prior and have it ready when I arrive. Thank you guys very much.

I didn’t get food or service because when I walk in an employee was biting their fingernails holding their cell phone and another was playing in their hair and they both went straight for the gloves, now saliva, and hair particles have been transfered to the gloves. Holding of cell phones in food service prep areas is disgusting we all know the unsanitary factors that cell phones hold, they go to bed with you and to the restroom with you and God knows what else. And without washing your hands with soap and water that nastiness gets transfered to the gloves and then to the food. There aren’t any managers on duty to oversee the employees and they probably aren’t taught or trained about the seriousness of being unsanitary. I walked in saw what I saw and walked right out. Again this is gross and disgusting. The manager Mr. Chapman needs to do better.

I have the weirdest service ever. The young guy that was helping me didn’t seem to know where anything was that I was asking for. Even though everything was right in front of him. When I walked in the air in the place was like you need to leave and you need to leave now. I’ve never walked in a place I felt like I should leave immediately.
