Fresh good tasting tuna, however, a puny, puny sandwich with very little Tuna maybe a tablespoon and nothing more than that couldn’t have cost them more than a dollar to make and we paid $7 per sandwich eating out even fast food is becoming such a total rip off. It appears even the bread/rolls are smaller and smaller.

Took my daughter for our first time to Jimmy Johns (anywhere). Staff were friendly, food was great! There was a mistake with the charge to my card. The manager immediately brought it to my attention and made it right! Absolutely awesome experience!

What was supposed to be freaky fast was actually freaky slow. They forgot my friends pickle and upon arrival, the delivery driver asked for a tip and was pissed when we said we already put one in. The food was really good but may think twice before ordering here again.

My $10 Tuscan wrap was missing tomatoes and was really small. Small enough someone else commented on how small it was. My order was delayed. I ordered right after someone and I got my food 15 minutes after them. So much for freaky fast. Awful value.

Astonished by the level of incompetence and disorganization of this JJ location. 40 minutes to receive a single sub order and lackluster pasta salad. Food quality of JJ is always top tier, but avoid this franchise location as they do not instill the image of your typical JJ location.

I ordered a turkey Tom customized and these people really only gave me a half a slice of turkey and put cheese on it. This is not a full sandwhich and not what I’m paying yall for. I can’t get my money back and I’m not eating bread and cheese. Highly upset as I’ve not ate today and this is what I get.
They had to get an uber to get my food to me the least yall can do is make the sandwhich right and not short me out to a half piece of turkey on both slices.

I order lunch to be delivered frequently, and used to not have an issue, but they have really gone down hill. They’ll forget things from orders, and take 45 minutes to deliver when it used to take less than 10. Multiple times now I’ve ordered 30 minutes before my lunch starts, just like I always have, and they’ve been so slow on delivery that my lunch was almost over before I even got my deliver. They are definitely not freaky fast at this location.

Used to order sandwiches from here several times a week. Orders were consistently being messed up… stale bread, forgotten items, 1hr+ delivery times, ranch busted open coating everything in the bag. Expressed my concerns via their feedback form several times and finally got a response. The manager offered me some store credit, but eventually stopped responding and did little to assure me this would not happen again. Needless to say they won’t be getting my business again.

Usually, this Jimmy John’s can get the food to you, on average, 15 to 30 minutes of placing the order, sometimes a few minutes more. Totally fine.
What isn’t fine is when you only have one driver and neither the app nor the store in any way lets you know that it will take longer. It shouldn’t take an hour and 40 minutes for me to get my order. It shouldn’t. I would have ordered from another place if that was the case, but it wouldn’t have prevented me from ordering in the future if they just. Let. Me. Know.
Communication people, get it together.
