Quick and efficient staff, especially when ordering through their app. Lots of parking, but watch out for the line of cars at Popeyes next door. You can easily get stuck in it if you go the wrong way.

I mean, it’s a taco bell. They changed their booth seats to those hard wood ones so it’s not very comfortable. Restaurant was clean and every time I stop in it is pretty empty in there.

I would seriously love the food here – if not for the scam of the meals! It doesn’t make sense at all how beef is supposedly cheaper here than chicken??!?!? Like whuts! The system is so so weird. Even adding veggies requires money and the exchange it does for cheese…. all so weird._. Just get the taco or burrito or whichever tickles your fancy but DO NOT GET THE MEAL.

Okay so I never go through the drive through to order. I order on the app and pick it up because my order is complicated and I’m high maintenance. Anyway.. the girl tonight who took my order, you did such a good job. I honestly hate ordering drive through because I don’t like repeating and it never comes out right. You said my order back to me word for word to the point I had no doubt it was correct. I had so much faith in you that I didn’t even check it before I left. I drove away thinking “wow what a good experience” not “wow that was annoying”. I can’t say enough good things about you. Please keep up the good work, and if the manager is reading this, don’t just do the manager thing where you say good job and nothing comes of it. Actually reward her please. Like with money, not with more “responsibility” (work). I hope your day is as good as you made mine.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. There’s always issues with the others here on Oahu. Especially the ones in town; poor service, low quality etc., Most are scoring low in the basics of service. But this Waipahu location is consistently good with service and quality. My nacho bell grande chips are always crunchy and the toppings are well balanced. When I bite in to the burritos I’m getting more than just tortilla with every bite…employees there are good people. Good management for sure.
Hawaii Kai location is my second option. A little inconsistent at times but they’re pretty good too.

Awesome experience with the Stadium Mall restaurant. Food was good and prices were responsible. Customer service was great with the little lady named Jean. However the younger employees should follow Jean and learn from her. I once had a problem with an employee in the Drive thru, an older gentleman helped me out and turned a bad experience totally around. Awesome guy.

It seems weird to pay over $7 for 2 soft tacos and 1 burrito?! Also the soft tacos were stuck to the wrapper and caused a big mess. The actual taste was ok. Also why put the sticker on it to seal the bag. I want to check my order. Are you trying to hide something? Way overpriced for such a simple product.

Excellent customer service of course. Very friendly and our food is so delicious that’s why Taco bell here in Waipahu is the best to hang around with. Our favorite place to go after school and dinner.
