I’m very unsatisfied with jack in the box. i come at least 4 times a week and the food is always ok the customer service is whatever most of the time but that’s not what im upset about. i just noticed today when i went to get french toast sticks for breakfast. they have the six piece for like 6.48 and the 3piece for 2.99 on the menu board. I want to save that extra dollar to so get 2 orders of the 3 piece assuming that it’ll be 2.99 because that’s what is on the menu board. i barely every check my receipts the only time i use it is when i want to get my points, and i barely ever get a receipt anyways. i check it and it says that the french toast sticks at 3.49 each. now don’t get me wrong the price itself is not the problem. it’s the fact that i go so regularly and im always assuming that im paying the price on the menu board and don’t bother to check the receipt because i shouldn’t be falsely advertised. now all im thinking is how much money i’ve lost in lets say the past year i’ve been going to jack in the box because of their false advertisement. And every time i try calling customer service it keeps saying “the offices are closed”. im not even sure how much ive actually been paying them and jts extremely frustrating.

We just decided to stop by and get early dinner. This was our first time at this place. I had the best help I ever received at a Hamburger Place. The Server was Edgardo C. And he was super. Spoke very clear, repeated all the order correctly and explained all his questions very well, such as, what size you want it and the prices for them. He was fast, knowledgeable and very friendly. It’s so hard to find wonderful employees these days so I would like to let you know that Edgardo is a keeper. I will be coming more often. Thanks so much.

Me and my family went here thrice and so far I am satisfied with their customer service, as well as their time management putting out the meal. Had a good experience in the drive-thru, and would definitely recommend coming here.

This place has terrible service especially drive thru Never have I gone to a drive-thru that took more than 30 minutes. I waited in line for 45 minutes. Couldn’t get out cuz the line kept going . And it wasn’t the first time. It was like the third time this happened I rather drive to the one across town,They usually are faster. Drive-thru supposed to be in and out.. not wait for 45 min . Understaffed or these guys have no idea what they are doing. After th elong wait they still get my order wrong!!!

Stay away from this jack in the box. It took 30 mins to get a simple combo order. The manager looks like she hates her job and no one acknowledges you. They are unorganized and don’t care for their customers. Better off going to Taco Bell next door.

Why is it the drive through commonly take like 30-45 mins at this location all the other ones in town are faster, I could drive to the next closest jack in the box order and eat before I was able to get my food here it seems like this location is always understaffed even though they are brand new

Brand new location and during the lunch push, they were pretty quick and polite. Order was right, and what is expected from JIB. Site is not registered with the app, so no app orders to start. Even the new Taco Bell next door got that part right and only opened on Saturday.

Ajax was amazing! Super kind ordered a patty for my pup and Ajax knew to write no seasoning and even offered us a pup cup! They did not forget anything on my order which is always appreciated lol!
