The food is greasy and horrible. Not tasty at all. They must have changed ownership because they use to have the best shrimp fried rice. My food was swimming in some type of sauce. Totally unacceptable. The spring roll was hard tasteless and greasy also.

Ordered a dinner plate with extra egg in my rice. When I got home, not only did I have an extra egg, I also had the WHOLE shell the egg was in. The rice seemed old and my egg foo young was not good. No taste and way too much bean sprouts

Been a long time fan of Kams but something is different now. I havent eaten here and over a year but when i ordered the beef chop suey (their chop suey is usually the best!) It was watery and tasteless. I feel as though they may have had to cut back on things due to the economy. But im hoping they will return to their old recipes soon. I wont give up on Kams! But it does make me sad

I ordered a small shrimp fried rice with extra egg and shrimp. $3.00 extra. It was extra shrimp was at the top of the container, but hardly none in the middle or bottom. I had to stir around looking for some shrimp. I called and told the young girl who answered the phone and took the order. She said look it should be some at the bottom. I said no. I can count on my hand how many shrimp were in there. Maybe they need to mix it together better . Taste was good. They did call me while I was writing this review , apologized

I’ve been coming here for years and the food was always good. I went there today and everything tasted different. I called to inquire if there was a new chef, new management and although the staff seemed nice, I do not believe it is the same management nor chef. I won’t be going back, food is totally different, not as good as before. My standing order is Mongolian chicken with egg roll.

I am absolutely stunned at the huge disparity in the reviews of Kam’s Chinese (Chop Suey). I have been ordering food from this restaurant since the day they opened about 10 years ago. I consider this Chinese cuisine take out establishment to be a staple of the community. The service is always warm and courteous, the food fresh and hot, and the portions — including the proteins — generous. The food is consistently delicious. I have been an ardent supporter of this establishment for over a decade, and highly recommend Kam’s for convenient takeout Chinese food in Chatham.

Has been my go to Chinese restaurant since 2018. The most consistent and reliable Chinese food, in my opinion, in the area. I will say after the recent staff change the food has been slightly different. More so the fried items, (crab Rangoon, egg rolls, etc) they’re so greasy now. I’m just wondering what has changed.
