Meant to write this review a little while ago. I see it happened to someone else. I ordered a large plain pie on a Sunday. Opened the box, grabbed a slice and the crust was hard as a rock! There’s no way it was a fresh pie. They reheat an old pie for you. A fresh pie always should have a nice soft buttery crust. The most insulting thing is I noticed while paying for my pie, the guys is in the corner making a fresh pie to replace your old one. Happened twice actually. I was a frequent customer but not anymore. Especially not at no $4 a slice and you insult me with an old pie. Please..

This was theee WORSE PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD ‼️‼️ Never have I eaten a pizza so HARD and stale!! They literally gave me and my family and Old and Stale pizza!! The crust was hard and old, pizza had no taste or sauce. I can tell they gave a pizza that had been sitting out all day!! Extremely Pissed off and Unsatisfied with Bellas especially for spending $40!! This was Horrible and A Refund should be Immediately Given! I am still sick from yesterday and I could barely eat much of it!! DO BETTER!

The pizza was okay but for $4 I was like that’s Gabys or Margarita price. It wasn’t oily or salty but to me still wasn’t worth the $4. Service was okay seems like I couldn’t get a bag to go with my pizza but the lady end up giving me one.

I don’t know why people put this pizza down, but this is pretty good pizza. maybe they are used to pizza hut and its doughy under cooked pizza. It’s a pizza place…so order pizza. This isn’t a resturant. So if you order anything other than pizza your going to be disappointed. While not the best pizza it is a solid tasting pizza. Good lenght crust, not too greassy, good charring and minimum sagging. If they can improve the sauce or sprinkle pinch of basil might be a excellent pizza. 8.0

Place is a joke. Has all the wear and tear of a rundown early 2000s pizza spot, but none of the charm. A single slice of cheese pizza, costs $4. For context, thats more than they charge in Manhattan. Here’s the kicker, the pizza is not great. Im not going to say its bad, because its almost impossible to find a “bad” slice of pizza in NYC, but I will say I have had $1.50 slices of pizza that tasted better. At least in manhattan you can blame getting shafted on the bright lights, skyscrapers, and city vibe. So of course you pay the “tourist tax”. Here, in the heart of Springfield Queens, against all rhyme and reason, they bend you over and shaft you for the fun of it. It’s as if they’re punishing you for even walking through the doors in first place. Hoping to teach you the lesson of never coming back here again. 2 out of 5. And that’s being generous.

Please do not order food from this restaurant if you don’t want to get sick or food poisoning. We order dinner tonight from this restaurant lasagna and stuffed shells. The Owner was so rude and nasty when we brought the order back to him. You can literally smell the meat/ sauce from the order was spoiled that they used. The guy working there tonight claim he is the owner and refuse to remake or refund our order. He stared to cursed and used indecent language at me and became violent I had to call the police. Please do not order from this restaurant if you looking to get food poisoning stay away. These two individuals should be fired. I will never go back to this restaurant or order here again.

Not worth it!! Save your stomach! Spare yourself.
I stopped in for a slice and instantly regretted it. The place was dirty and looked like they hadn’t cleaned in weeks. The whole space overall just felt run-down. I said “Good afternoon” when I walked in, and not only did the cashier not respond, but she gave me a full-on attitude like I was bothering her.
I ordered a chicken slice — they charged me $6.50 for one slice, which would’ve been fine if it was decent. But the pizza was barely reheated under a low heat lamp and lukewarm at best. On top of that, the cashier handled both the cash and my food without changing gloves or washing her hands. Completely unsanitary.
Unfortunately, I ended up with SEVERE food poisoning for three days afterward. I’m certain it came from here because I’d only eaten home-cooked meals with my family all week. This was the only outside food I had and I was the only one in my house spilling my guts out. Eating here cost me days of discomfort. I should’ve just tossed the slice out and not eaten it ♀️.
Definitely won’t be returning. Cleanliness and basic food safety standards should always be a priority for a food establishment. They were CLEARLY lacking here.
