Me and my girlfriend recently returned to try this place again and we were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious and was very flavorful and had lots of sauce and the dough was amazing too. The ingredients all tasted fresh and i will say the food has definitely gotten better here and the quality has greatly improved. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in town and looking for some good pizza. We will definitely be back soon.

One of my favorite pizza places around. Their sauce is delicious, and I love the crust too. I usually get just cheese maybe with ricotta too and it’s so good. I love the taste if their sauce, its on the sweeter side. And the crust is SO.good, not too crunchy to eat. Crunchy on outside, soft and fluffy on inside, literally perfect. Couldnt ask for a more perfect pizza in my opinion. The toasted raviolis are awesome as well. The French fries.seem to be different than they used to be though. I liked them better before. Overall, great place.to get take out or delivery in the area. I prefer them to Franklin Pizza and Deli, but they do have a similar taste and style of pizza. The sauce at central is sweeter like i said.

Starting with the ordering experience, the black and red themed interior is nice on the eyes and definitely gets one in the mood for pizza. The staff is very friendly, they greeted me upon entry, and the order was taken fast and promptly. The menu is very large and could be overwhelming to some, however I was able to decide quickly. The wait was not bad, considering the amount of pickup orders they were fulfilling at the time. When the pizza arrived it was hot and smelled fresh. Ingredients tasted quality. A few recommendations for the chef are as follows: The pizza is quite heavy on the cheese and also a little thick for my liking so in my proffessional opinion i believe a reduction of the cheese content and the dough amount would be ideal. i also believe that a crispier slice is better so a bit longer in the oven would have done this pizza well. regardless, a decent slice overall.

To say I was deeply disappointed with my experience at Central Pizza Franklin is an understatement. While the food initially seemed fine, my friend, Steve fell seriously ill just hours after eating their pizza, experiencing symptoms consistent with food poisoning. This raised major concerns about the restaurant’s food safety and handling practices. When we contacted the restaurant to address the issue, their response was dismissive, showing little accountability or concern. Food safety is non-negotiable, and this experience left us questioning the quality of their kitchen standards. I cannot recommend this place and urge management to take serious steps to ensure customer health and safety. Stay away from this restaurant if you value your life!!

My fiancée and I live less than a mile from five or six pizzerias in Franklin, and Central is our favorite of the lot. It’s inexpensive, it’s consistently delicious, their staff is courteous and friendly, and they get orders out quickly. I strongly recommend the buffalo chicken pizza, as that is our go-to. Definitely give it a try if you’re thinking delivery tonight!
