I selected Well Done. Not only is it not well done, but it’s undercooked. The cheese didn’t melt & the crust is completely white underneath. This is like the 3rd time. I added what a normal pizza looks like for comparison.

Be careful ordering breadsticks, you’ll get the smallest amount of marinara sauce you can possibly imagine. 10 in an order and you’ll be lucky enough to have sauce for 1. Sad. Disappointed. Do better.

Atmosphere is irrelevant. This Papa John’s location goes out of their way to give you high quality pizza. It’s ready on time, lines move very quickly, the staff is always polite, energetic, and their suggestions have never failed to be a GREAT meal. This is now my go-to location.

Ordered the day before and set a time to be picked up my husband has been waiting over 30mins for our pizza we put in for the day before! We ordered 3 pizza and At the 30minute mark of awaiting they just then put in the 3rd pizza so now the wait is a hour. When my husband got it home I had to put in 2 of the 3 pizzas in my oven because they were not done!! I just hope and pray my whole family don’t get sick.

Haven’t had Papa Johns in a long time, something different sounded nice. Ordered Delivery. Delivery time ETA kept moving further and further out. 38 mins later finally got our cold Pizza. Will stick with Pizza Hut or Jets.

I often order from here, delivery is usually top notch. I always tip 20% for the delivery, and the usual delivery person is very polite.
I also always have the same order.. why give the options if they can’t fulfill it. I always specify SQUARE CUT.

This is the 3rd time that they have messed my order up. I called about it before on a previous order but only as a reminder because that was the only thing they messed up on then. It’s regular cut and it’s not even cut through all the way..
On the pepperoni order: it asks for extra pepperoni. Now that’s ridiculous. I paid extra for extra pepperoni, but I didn’t get extra pepperoni.

Order my pizza for pick up. Check the app to see if it’s ready and it says it’s been picked up. Walk in there and they have to remake it. This is the second time in a row this same scenario has happened.
The whole place is a confusing mess and they can’t keep their orders straight. Expect your pizza to have to be remade.

Worst customer service of all other pizza chains. Short staff excuses don’t cut it anymore.. its gotten worst than McDonalds on 26th. Avoid and go to a different location.

Most amazing experience. I went to order pizzas for my students at CC and the two people working there today 5/19/ 2025 were outstanding. I learned that many other schools plus door dash people were there picking up pizzas. Everything was above and beyond in service and delivery. I think I will go there for my own pizza from now on, since my MS students did not leave me any!

Our large was a medium the pizza is dry and like cardboard no flavor very very disappointed. $40 in pizza for almost inedible food.
