Great Jersey Mike’s location. The workers here are fast and friendly, and my order is always correct. My go-to’s are the club supreme with buffalo sauce on the side and the chipotle cheesesteak. I’d highly recommend signing up for their free rewards program to earn points towards a free sub.

Just ordered six subs for the Rutgers game today against Penn State and the two gentleman that took care of my girlfriend, and I were very friendly and helpful. I was impressed on how quickly they were working and they worked as a team knocking out orders along with ours. They also recommended the pepper jelly and hooked me up with a few containers of it and it was a big hit with my family thank you so much. I wish I knew their names But wanted to go out of my way for the little things you did that stood out to me. It was around 10:25 AM so shout out to those gentlemen or whipping out some delicious sandwiches and being good people.

The service was good, the severs were very friendly. The food came out in a really short time which was surprisingly good because the food was delicious. I also ordered some for my girlfriend and she loved the food which is surprising because she is a picky eater.
I recommend this to everybody if they want a cheap good meal that will fill them up.

I walked into Jersey Mike’s earlier today feeling quite down, not really expecting much to change my mood. To my surprise, I was met with an exceptional level of service from a young woman who radiated warmth and kindness. From the moment I stepped through the door, she gave me a huge and bright smile that instantly lifted my spirits.
What truly impressed me was how genuinely she engaged with me. She wasn’t just making small talk. She took the time to ask how I was doing and seemed sincerely interested in my answer. She created such a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially since there was a bustling environment around her.
She effortlessly handled multiple tasks, preparing sandwiches while simultaneously managing orders and taking time to converse with me. I was AMAZED as she worked in the busy grill area, juggling several responsibilities without breaking a sweat. It was clear that she was not only a hard worker but also someone with a good heart.
Her efficiency and speed were nothing short of impressive. I couldn’t believe how she managed to keep the customers moving while still being attentive and patient with me. This unexpected kindness and extraordinary multitasking left a lasting impression on me.

I used this jersey mikes location a couple weeks ago to cater for a business event and thought they were terrific. I came back today and received the same great service. The manager Cody went out of his way to ask where my car was parked (since I ordered a lot of food) and told me to pull up to the back door so that they could bring it out to me and I didn’t have to carry it far. I was in the customer service industry for a while… and this Jersey Mike’s location is top notch!

It is absolutely rude to tell me the customer, with attitude, that, “We’re closing in 40 minutes, and we’re cleaning up, so it would be nice if I can get your order!” It’s was actually 8:10pm, 50 minutes from closing. I came in attempting to decide how many sandwiches to get for this NFL weekend! It was a minute of me looking at the menu to determine which ones I wanted. After I got that rude request, I left and went to another restaurant. I understand the employee may have been tired or had a hard long day. But I am not going to be disrespected and spend my money in the same place. I’ll go to one closer to home. Smh!!

Don’t know how to talk to people and genuinely act like they don’t want to be at work. It’s genuinely concerning that if employees don’t feel like doing something at this store, they can create a policy up so they don’t have to do it. I’d rather drive the extra 20 mins to another sub shop where the workers seem to actually care about the customer. Disappointing all around.

I’ve ordered from this location now 3 times. The past 2 were okay, nothing special.
However this time was a disappointment.
Bread is stale and breaks, there is 2 slices of meat, 1 slice of cheese, hardly no lettuce and enough mayo to kill a goat.

don’t usually buy subs or wraps outside of the house I’m more of a home-cooked meal type of person but Mike’s Subs completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and Cody went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had customer service this good. Everyone was respectful, kind, and genuinely cared about what they were doing. That level of service is rare these days, and it truly made an impression on me.
Even if you’re not someone who typically goes out for a sub, trust me this spot is worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back, not just for the food, but because of the amazing service. Highly recommend!

Hands down our family favorite location! Food is always on point, no skimping on your ingredients, staff is phenomenal & friendly, going extra lengths to brighten your day. Goes out of way to even make our toddler enjoy their experience. All that and still get your order out with no delay. Cody & team thank you & will continue to make this our go to.
