What a gem! My husband and I visited Foxy Po and it felt like we were stepping into a place where everything is made with heart. We walked in and literally were the only ones there lol just us, the quiet vibe, one lovely waitress who greeted us like old friends. She walked us through the menu with so much care and enthusiasm (I wish I remembered her name!) and made us feel seen.
We ordered the Foxy Fo Special and oh my goodness…every bite was warm, flavorful, and told a story. The food tastes like love (not just dinner). The environment was calm, welcoming, and perfect for just us two taking a moment.

The atmosphere is very nice and clean and the food is beyond amazing!! I like the payment style (just go to the counter and pay as you leave).
I’m not very knowledgeable on Vietnamese food but I would have loved trying some beef dishes other than pho, but there’s vegan and pescatarian options.

Food was delicious with a great ambience. Our servers were super nice and friendly, and the service was fast. The food presentation was excellent. And holy portions! The large pho is an insane amount of food. It’s massive. I’ve never seen a portion that big anywhere before. We needed two containers to bring it home, lol. We had leftovers for two more meals. Definitely coming back.

The food, the ambiance, the workers, the service – everything was top notch! This place is a must go-to if you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese. My husband has been to Vietnam and has lived in China and he has declared this the BEST pho in town! The portions are generous and I can say that the gyoza (pot stickers) were the best I’ve ever had in my life. The food was so fresh and came out quickly – which is a huge bonus because we have an impatient toddler to entertain in the interim! I also got the coffee and it puts Starbucks to shame. Give it a try – I am a coffee brat and I was floored. Definitely will be back. The images are of the children’s size pho bowls and one regular size to give perspective. I ate the pot stickers too fast – no time for pictures. (You’ll understand when you try them) I guess they are also now serving egg rolls (?) I overheard our waitress . Will absolutely be returning. Emilly was our waitress and she was so friendly, prompt, recognized we had a toddler, and made sure our order was quickly in and the food quick to hit the table! The owner was also there and he was very friendly and welcoming!

The food was good, and it was a new experience for me. I tried the special Pho for the first time and enjoyed it. The service was good overall, though a bit more attention from the waiter would make it even better.

Had a great meal! Waitress was wonderful, as well. I ordered the tempura shrimp appetizer and a vermicelli salad with pork and shrimp kebab. Delicious fish sauce to go with it.
They do bring one plate for pho to share, so specify if you want your own. We didnt know and she was nice about correcting it!

Pretty bad. We ordered a large bowl of the brisket and steak pho to share and while the steak was cooked the brisket was completely raw. Not rare, raw. It did not cook in the hot broth although we gave it time. It was also 95% fat. The display of large gelatinous hunks of raw fat in the bowl turned off our appetites. The dirty clogged toilet didn’t help either.
They also refused to bring us chili oil even though they had it and we were happy to pay extra. We would have had to order it with the pho, apparently. How bizarre.
I am feeling ill after eating here.

Everything about Phoxy Pho is AMAZING! The food is so fresh and full of flavor — easily the best pho I’ve ever had. The broth is rich and comforting, the ingredients are super fresh, and the portions are generous. The staff are always so kind and make you feel right at home. You can tell they really care about what they do. Definitely my favorite spot in Toledo — I could eat here every week!

This is the best food that I’ve had in my entire life. We ordered the Pork Gyoza & Scallop Pearls, Shrimp Chips, Phoxy’s Special Phở -Dac Biet, and The Omnivore- Bún thịt. Every bite of every dish gave feelings of adventure and comfort simultaneously. The balanced flavors and complexity are unmatched. It’s rare that food can delight your tastebuds and somehow your spirit as well. The food is also beautiful and fresh. The atmosphere very cool, contemporary, and lively-every table was taken on Friday night. The service was stand out! Phoxy Pho has so much attention to detail in their food, the atmosphere and the service. You would be remiss if you missed this Toledo Gem.
