Awful awful awful. I did just order a pizza from there. It had many many many square inches on it with zero shreds of cheese. Absolutely awful pizza. It was late so Im picking my battles.
I called the store to ask what happened. The employee said we have to weigh all cheese. Like 1-2 ounces on a large?
The Dominos nearer to me produces a 10x better pizza. I recommend avoiding this place. That especially includes anyone staying in any Dulles area hotel. Very short-sighted management behavior taking advantage of travelers with short ingredients.

I usually enjoy Domino’s, but this location was a big disappointment. The customer service was extremely rude — the staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help and were short with me when I asked about my order. To make things worse, the pizza came out undercooked and soggy in the middle, like it hadn’t spent enough time in the oven. When I mentioned it, they didn’t offer to fix it or apologize. Definitely not the kind of service or quality I expect from Domino’s. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered three items from Domino’s — wings, a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza, and stuffed cheesy bread. I placed my order about an hour and a half before closing and picked it up around midnight on Saturday.
When I arrived, I greeted the employee at the counter, but instead of a friendly response, he seemed annoyed, stayed on his phone, and simply said “carryout, right?” He was the only person working. When I thanked him after receiving my food, he didn’t respond at all.
When I got home and opened my order, the pizza was made incorrectly (it was about 3/4 pepperoni instead of half-and-half), and the stuffed cheesy bread barely had any cheese. Overall, both the service and the food quality were disappointing.
I understand it was late, but professionalism and quality should be consistent regardless of the time. This experience left me very dissatisfied with this location.

I’ve ordered carryout from here several times. They’ve never screwed up my order and they did make good pizzas until my last order. That said, I was not thrilled when I saw a couple of the employees in the store not wearing masks including the pizza makers. Despite the assurances of management and customer care below, this continues to be a problem. My last trip, you can see in the attached photo, the employee was making pizzas without a mask on. Then when he sees me after I had been waiting a minute or two to be acknowledged, he suddenly puts on his mask and tells the other employees to put on their masks. (You can see another employee in the back with the mask not covering his nose.) I will not be going back. It is not safe to get pizzas from here and I don’t need a pizza covered in yellow slime. Nor do I need slime that then goes through the pizza box and gets my seat in the car covered in it.

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION!! I didn’t want to give this place a star. They used to be good but been going down hell recently. People who works here doesn’t seem to care about how the finish product looks like. The last time we ordered from here, the guy dropped the pizza box before he reached the door. He picked it up and then rang the door bell. The pizza was a mess, but we didn’t do anything about it and took it as accidental dropped. Tonight, we ordered a Hawaiin pizza and what came is a nasty looking pizza without any pineapple whatsoever. My husband and I ate the pepperoni pizza that is supposed to be Handmade Pan but the dough came burnt and bubble holes all over the dough. I called and Craig or Greg said he will give me credit, I said NO I want a refund. He said it will get refunded in 2 to 3 business days. This location needs to get shut down for poor customer service and pizza that doesn’t look appealing whatsoever. The taste is pretty bad too. We will order from other locations next time!

Just do yourself a favor and don’t order from here. Unfortunately I didn’t catch my delivery order and it got routed to this location. Took over an hour to get here. They got one guy delivering orders. I know the struggle so I waited. The food was inedible. Boxes smashed. I took a bite and spit it out because it tasted so badly like the cardboard box. They gave me a refund instantly so that’s why they get 2 stars. Save yourself the trouble and either get it delivered from another location or just go pick it up.

I want to give zero . Looks like new management , they don’t put topings properly , i order large pizza, and chicken as toppings , it rarely had chicken , large chicken had total only 4 pieces and some of slices did not had any topping as a result . Stingy and unprofessional

I don’t want to give 1 star also. I have ordered two medium size pizzas. They didn’t even added the toppings (chicken) I have ordered for. How can some one make mistake for two pizzas. This taste very bad. Very salty. I never had this kind taste from any dominos across many states. Customer care people told they will connect with local store and they disconnected the call twice. Very bad attitude.

This is one of the best operated pizza franchises I’ve experienced. We order there 2-3 times/month, the pizza is always fresh & hot. Service is great. I always order take out as I live close by and typically see one of the manager’s (Hoang), who’s always very courteous and friendly.

I ordered pizza. The tracker showed 33 minutes. It was never delivered. I called the store, and was told it would be at my home in 10 minutes after a 50 minute wait. I signed up for GPS tracking. The driver never left the store. I drove to Domino’s and the staff were standing around. I go in to ask for a refund. They tell me we have your pizza here. The driver, Hosea brought it back. I said, LIES…..YOU NEVER CAME TO MY HOME. Run that refund back. I will be calling corporate. Then Onslaught tells me they cannot provide the Domino’s guarantee for a future order. Onslaught also said he would not credit our account with one pizza, even though we ordered two. The customer service was deplorable.
