My kids come here every day and order online the TEKERA SAID SHE WAS THE GM/supervisor .. She’s rude and unprofessional. She told my son that there was a limit on how many sauces he could get .. She was telling him that he had too many sauces. I told her that you can’t tell someone how to eat their food so then she slammed The bag on the counter, and said this is the last time.. I asked her what was her name she yelled out her name and she yelled how to spell it and said that when I contacted corporate that it was fine because she will be answering the call.

This location is a special place. My grandpa who had Alzheimer’s would frequent this location for breakfast. They would always treat him with lots of respect and fondness. After he passed the workers still recognized my grandmother and offered their condolences- it really made an impact to us for their compassion.
I came here to get food for my grandma today and asked for a change in how the mobile order was submitted. The worker who took my request was SO kind. Didn’t seem annoyed at all like so many drive thru workers do these days. The food was great but the service is what made my experience great. 10/10 to the workers here!

It’s just McDonalds so expectations should not be super high, but what happened to this place?!? I know that after 6pm the food will be crap! I know better and still went for fries tonight and I live about 1min away from this location. The fries were ice cold!!!! Just sad

Why is almost every McDonalds so bad? This is one of those that refuses to hand you tour cup when you order. I asked the guy but he said no. And it took an incredible amount of time for our food meanwhile we don’t have our drinks and they are doing customers orders behind us before we get our food. None of this is acceptable.
Also, a small amount of fries in the large. No where near full.

Ordered my fries without salt, to ensure they were fresh, and because I prefer to use Nature’s Seasoning rather then plain salt. Waited 7 minutes for them to bring out the food, and my fries were only half filled, soggy, and over soaked in oil. Not a happy experience.

I like the food. The kiosk sucks. It’s a waste of time. I have no desire to use the app nor the kiosk. And it seems the stools are purposely uncomfortable. You need to work on the inside atmosphere.

We had 3 drive thru mobile order this morning manger stated she only can do 2 at drive thru when I asked where is that policy is written at she said nowhere we just do it not only that drive thru was really slow this morning cars not moving had to be pulled and wait for my food never got it walk in the store got my food after 15 more minutes without my 3rd order that she refused to get over drive thru
Food was nasty cold food hard bun nasty drink and melted caramel frappe employee was clearly struggling I felt bad for them she wasn’t able to manage the store making her own rules and serving unsanitary food
