A local Tex Mex place lilely small family owned as the staff was very nice and professional. Great food, fair prices. Great staff. Atmosphere is rough when you compete with big corporations but if you live Tex Mex its a compromise you will make. Loved it.

I was doing a job in town and someone took me here for lunch. I wasn’t really impressed with anything. The chips were a thick yellow corn variety and the salsa was just an average mild canned tomato style. I ordered the Lunch #2 which was the Beef Enchiladas. The enchiladas, rice, & beans were all just average. Nothing bad but nothing really good either.

Service was pretty quick and efficient.

Would I go back? Only if someone else was paying. LOL

Camellia special was pretty good but my wife’s shrimp salad was embarrassing small. Restaurant was very dirty (blinds and fans).

I stopped here as a last resort for something good to eat while in town…I was honestly shocked at how good this was.I read recent reviews and decided to give #30 a try.Definitely want be my last visit.
I’ve never taste refried beans seasoned that well.
Everything was on point I even had leftovers from this meal. The crispness from taco shellwas superb!

The owners are in our wonderful little friend circle. We’ve never taken an opportunity to eat at their restaurant as we live hours apart. They are kind, humble and grateful; I’m glad to call them my friends.
For all the reviews of how the waiter shouts or is “short” with people: did you ever stop to think there may be a hearing deficit? This not only makes conversing with others difficult; but, also, it makes speaking short and quick.
Before judging someone, think first.
And, more importantly, remember even your worst day is better than someone else’s best day.

I am almost shocked at how bad this place was… We walked in and everyone got super quiet… The guy taking order was really annoying. Food was horrible. Who puts raw onions in steak enchiladas?? The people were staring at my autistic son like he was from another planet. Made my wife feel super awkward and from there it just progressively got worse…smh. by far 1 of the worst experiences I ever had.

The food was actually great. These guys actually know how to make the Enchiladas Verdes better than other places I’ve been to. The waiter seemed a little out of it, like if that wasn’t his best day. But he did good.

Waiter was very loud, short speaking with me, was rude and impatient to a phone customer not enough help. The House Dressing was good, chips were good, warm and not to salty. Wanted Splenda or Equal for sweetener but only had substitute for Sweet and Low, waiter answered with we don’t have any other besides sugar. Requested a cheese dip in place of hot dip was told by a different waitress you will have to pay for it, doesn’t come with the chips, told her I understood that. I probably won’t be going back there.

Good service but small portions for the price. Got the number 38 fajitas with shrimp chicken and beef for $18 and it was the most pathetic fajita I’ve ever seen but they charge like it’s the best. Consider this your warning. Also the rice tastes like it’s straight out the can. No flavor

As Texas natives I will south this place is Very good for a small town in Louisiana! Much better than any others in our area. The beef fajitas were tender, the meat didn’t taste cheap like at other places. We enjoyed the cheese enchiladas a lot. The chips are served warm, that’s a plus and the tortillas taste fresh. We will be back.
