Im getting kinda annoyed with this location tbh and there app. The app says the limit of toppings is 7 for a promo but their receipts still say 9 topping promo. But honestly the worst part is that they just dont give you certain toppings. I noticed this last time i ordered cuz i was missing pineapples and sausage and i thought ohh thats a one off. This time i make sure yo order less toppings and somehow i ended up with not only missing toppings but theres a piece of the pizza missing. Its small but still annoying. Like wth is going on? Did someone mess up cutting the pizza? But thats a minor nuisance, why arent yall adding sausage? If you dont offer that you need to get the app fixed so people dont waste their options choosing something you dont offer. Yall also need to get better stickers cuz the sticker on this one wasnt even creating a seal it was just slapped on the lid and called a day. idk if someone tampered with it. The sticker is still sticky on the edge thats not pushed down.

Just ordered from this location as I do most weeks and I had the worst customer experience. They didn’t bring any of the sauces I paid for, my wings (x2) were pink and my pizza was undercooked when I went to put the in the oven to heat it up for my family as it was cold we found a bit hair underneath the ham and pineapple: called the restaurant and asked if they could remake and was told no, when I asked to speak with a manager I was muted and said so so sorry by someone who didn’t even understand proper English. I was a loyal customer but to ask just for the proper orders I paid for and treated like an idiot is ridiculous. Will never order here again.

I’ve been a regular at this location, visiting almost every week without any issues. Previously, I found hair in my chocolava cake, but the staff refunded me, and I let it slide as an honest mistake.
However, this time when I picked up my pizza, the same woman went out of her way to publicly ask me to open the box and check for hair right there in the store. Seriously? Why only now? Does she do this with everyone or just to feel important? It was clear this wasn’t about ensuring quality—it was about boosting her ego.
By the time I got home, my pizza was cold. This isn’t about a mistake anymore—it’s about pathetic, rude behavior, and I won’t overlook that. She needs to learn some manners.

I’m a long time customer at the Domino’s Clarkson location and can say I have never had any problems even after all these years.
Once when I ordered, the driver told me they made a mistake with my pizza order so Domino’s gave me a second pizza for free to make up for it. Now that’s Customer Service!!!!
Even if didn’t get the other pizza I would continue going back to this location since they have always been very accomodating and always yes ALWAYS made the pizza how I preferred it. Besides I often try something new anyway.
Friendly and accomodating staff, and of course good food.

Waiting for a long time for kids ‘ Free ‘ pizza offer that had to order more in order to get delivery – wait and wait tracker says 1 minute so 15 mins later i call for them to say we dont have the ‘ Ice T ‘ so do you want something else !! I only ordered it to too up the order to the min for delivery – they had my phone number but dont call me ? So 2 little ones miss on their pizza cause now its too late , terrible customer service – very easy to have called and replaced it with something else – dont recommend this location

I order a pizza from here, when it had got here it was crushed like someone sat on it, the delivery driver had an attitude like it was my fault when I asked for a new one I was hung up on and then when I did talk to someone I was told they’re too busy which I don’t understand what that had to do with me then the ignored my calls. If they don’t want to do their jobs they should close down
