Would give a zero if I could. Hot and ready pizzas were doughy and sauce was cold. Lady caught an attitude and implied i never bought the pizza and wouldn’t give a refund. Spent 20 minutes with her arguing with me in the end instead of coming up with a resolution.

I asked the nice lady at the front to make me a pepperoni pizza with the pepperoni in the shape of a heart so I could ask my girlfriend to be my valentine. So I called in an order a three meat treat and Italian cheese bread I was told over the phone a 15 minute wait then I arrived 10 minutes later and waited over 30 minutes. came home which is 30 minutes away and found a black hair in my food. Mind you I’m blonde. WTH

I waited after 3 bad experiences to leave this place a review. I’ll say this: the food is great. Only thing you have to worry about is most of the time they won’t slice the pizza correctly. I can live with that. What makes me angry is that if you place an online order (fastest way to make an order at this location FYI) you need to walk in and pay attention to what is going on behind the counter. More than half the time they don’t put your order in the pickup kiosk. If you ask them, they will say it’s not ready yet. 10 times out of 10 it is sitting in their warming drawer. If you don’t ask them to look there, you will be waiting all night. Food is good. Management is horrible. Order online and just keep in mind that you are going to have to ask them to their job in order to get your food.

Food is always hot and great! Somehow, I seem to always get behind someone paying in cash and questioning the price of everything…but that’s not something Little Caesar’s can help…
I now usually avoid this by ordering in the app and waiting for them to load my order into the Pizza Portal.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick, hot, tasty food!

The pizza would have been really good if given to my grandson on his 1st trip in. It was chilled by the time we got home, 2 miles from store. The app & email both confirmed order was ready. I finally got an answer on the phone the 2nd time I called asking what the problem was. Oh she’d been the one who had told my 11 yr old grandson that it wasn’t ready. However it was now ready. If I wasn’t 2 weeks out with hip replacement srgy, I would have went in. They were busy so I think she just lied. Was disappointed to see the cold brownies come prepacked.

I had two of my grandsons with me who swears by Little Caesars pizza and was like grandma you gotta get us this pizza…it’s what mom always gets…and it’s good too…and it won’t cost as much as pizza hut,where I wanted to go..so I bought 2 lg.cheese pizzas, their choice and to my chagrin..it was under 19 dollars!!! And when I got it home and ate a piece it was really good!! Now I know why it is always busy, price and taste..ya can’t beat it..

The pizza is cheap and always tasty! It is fast as well. “Hot and ready” is a perfect slogan! We love their sauces and the mobile ordering all system!! The only reason not 5 stars is the service is terrible… We only return for the food food, speed, and price.

Called order in at 535 for a cheese pizza and and pepperoni crazy stuffed crust, both are on the hot and ready menu but knew it was Friday so called it in just in case they were busy. I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived on location at 5:55 and was told pizzas were in the oven. Was told again at 6:15 pizzas were in the oven. Was told again at 6:25 that pizzas were in thee oven. At this time I told them to take the pizzas out the oven, they are burnt to a crisp by now. Finally got my pizzas at 6:40. I occasionally will sacrifice quality and order at little Caesars only because of the convenience factor. Between waiting an hour for mediocre pizza and being lied to multiple times by the crew i probably won’t revisit this location.
