almost any time i come here it’s bland and gross. i’ve never had a problem with any other dunkin. the refreshers taste watered down mostly taste like tea barely any flavor. any kind of bagel i get is either burnt or the bagel bites are cold. any other dunkin has fresh hot food and the refreshers don’t taste watery.

If I could give zero stars, I would this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The staff is incompetent and honestly, they need to completely restart and fire everybody I asked for a chocolate glazed doughnut and he gave me a regular chocolate doughnut three times This is completely unacceptable and this will just be another new Lennox store that closes down in the next two years if it just keeps going this way, you guys will get turned into a jack in the box within five years max

This is the worst Dunkin ever. Coffee is rarely hot and frequently order is wrong. One day I got someone’s drive through order. Today I got spoiled cream and had to throw it out. Poor management or poor training or both.

I’ve had nothing but great service here, if they open on time..I have been there at their opening times and had to wait over an hour on numerous occasions.. this morning I called and no body picked up.i guess they’re not open yet.

I paid almost $8 for four donuts. When I was handed the bag, it was covered in chocolate frosting. When I got home five minutes later, the frosting was melted and covering the inside of the bag. Terrible quality for Dunkin and I will NOT be returning to your location.
