I got old bay wings and garlic parmesean wings with fries. Hasib was personable and professional. My food was ready in 15 mins and when I got home my wings were still hot and crispy. The wings are pretty big, we might be eating this for 2 more days.

Yesterday, I tried wings for the first time at America’s Best Wings, Clinton branch, and they were incredibly crispy. The ghost pepper wings were the standout and absolutely delicious. I also ordered onion rings with fries, and everything tasted great. Overall, it was a very good experience—highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back for their wings.

Today, my husband and I ordered three whole chicken wings from America’s Best Wings, 8825 Branch Avenue, Clinton, MD. As soon as we took a bite, there was a strong off smell and a spoiled taste. We stopped eating immediately.
Within a short time, we both experienced upset stomachs followed by immediate diarrhea.
We contacted the restaurant and spoke with an employee and later a manager. We were told the chicken is ordered daily, checked for freshness, and that the grease is changed daily. The restaurant offered to cook a “fresh batch” of chicken, which we declined due to already being ill. We requested a refund and were denied, as they stated they do not issue refunds.
I’m sharing this to warn others to be cautious when ordering from this location.

The manager is very rude. I called to tell him that my bread was stale and hard on my steak and cheese. He proceeded to say it was because the bread was grilled. My sub barely had lettuce and there was no extra cheese. My wings were dry and one wings had a whole in it. The fries were old and nasty. The only thing the manager could offer me was a 10% discount the next time I come. There won’t be a next time for me.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at America’s Best Wings in Clinton, MD. Even when I came in smiling, polite, and respectful, the staff was unpleasant and dismissive. There was no warmth or basic courtesy, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
This type of customer service honestly makes you question whether the same lack of care carries over into the quality and handling of the food. Because of that, and the overall experience, I will not be returning.

I’ve been getting wings from here for years and I refuse to go anywhere else. Their chicken is very flavorful and cooked to perfection each time. They have great customer service as well! I usually get the Caribbean citrus wings, and the power ranch. The lemon pepper is really good too.

I went to America’s Best Wings in Clinton and ordered a 10-piece wings combo. After paying, the cashier gave me a cup to get a drink from the fountain. When I got to the fountain, I noticed a large number of fruit flies around it. I tried to get ice, and to my disgust, I saw fruit flies in the ice.
I immediately brought the drink over to the cashier to show him the issue. When I asked if I could get a canned drink instead, he told me it would be an extra $1 — even after seeing the flies. That’s completely unacceptable. Having fruit flies in the drink fountain is a major health hazard, and they should have offered a can drink for free, at the very least.
If the drink station looks like this, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I will not be returning. The place was unclean, and the customer service was disappointing.
