The ordering and pick up process was pretty interesting. The innovative concept of having many restaurants in one kitchen is brilliant. But most importantly, the katsus were prefectly crispy and juicy. Loved the tenderloin katsu. My family is a big katsu fans and thoroughly enjoyed it!

Picked up a pork katsu here for a quick meal and was genuinely impressed. The pork cutlet was surprisingly thick yet still tender, and the panko crust was perfectly crisp without being greasy. They also give a generous amount of shredded cabbage.

Extremely disappointing experience. This restaurant showed up as open for pickup on DoorDash, so I placed an order and waited for over 15 minutes. The app kept showing “your food will be ready in one minute,” so I drove there—only to find the kitchen completely closed and nobody working inside.
It was around noon, lunch time, but when I walked in, the staff just said “the kitchen isn’t open.” If the kitchen is closed, why does the store still accept online orders and waste customers’ time? Very unprofessional and frustrating experience

As I was eating the chicken katsu the breading came off to reveal these markings on the chicken?? Peeled another piece and it’s the same. I’m not usually one to leave a poor review but that really does not look like any sort of griddle mark that I’ve seen before.

We saw this place featured on Instagram and the ratings seemed really good, but we were really disappointed in the end. None of the reviews or information mentions that it is a pick-up only restaurant so you need to order before arriving otherwise you have to wait for a while. When we got our order we went to a park down the road to eat but when we unpacked everything we realized they hadn’t given us any utensils! I never thought to check because other reviews complained that they gave too many plastic utensils Finally, the food was really average for the price. We only got about 6 small pieces of pork loin with a mountain of cabbage. The cheese katsu seemed to be the only one worth the price, but they don’t give cabbage or miso with it so you have to order that as extra… Overall, it’s not worth the price.
