What a strange place with strange people. The employees were argumentative and challenging. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a big, cluttered mess when I was there. The older woman and older man worked poorly together, yelling at each other and customers, and working over each other. My footlong had 4 small pieces of tomato and about 7 pieces of spinach…. it took about 7 minutes to order and pay for my sandwich. Save yourself and go to the other one on Floyd Baker.

This place is wonderful. I have to get food and then open and eat it like 3 or 4 hours later due to my job and work.
They always make sure my food is packaged and put together so that it is a nice meal. Their attitudes are wonderfu. I really can’t say enough good things about these folks. So glad that they are here.

Literally THE WORST PLACE!! Manager/Owner is very rude to not only employees but customers as well. She yells and talks over them.. talks bad about the customer and employee to their face. They do not accept any coupons from the app and will yell and talk over you not giving you a chance to speak. I ordered on the app and when I picked my sandwich up it was the wrong sandwich, I drove back up there and she fussed at me because it was wrong like it was my fault! Then proceeded to yell over the employees and other customers in line telling the worker what I wanted on my sandwich, she absolutely would not let me tell him. Then gave me back the wrong sandwich and proceeded to tell me I could have it anyway because it was better than what
I ordered. No, thank you!!! The other 2 employees argue and fight with each other in front of customers. This place is a mess and the people here do not need to work in customer service or the food industry. I hope it stays closed until someone else takes over. The Subway on Floyd baker is great and the manager is so sweet and personable, along with her staff!

Probably family owned, but very cheap family so expect half of everything. If you order salad, like I did keep in mind they serve it in appetizer size, not meal size.
Never again will I buy food from here. It’s just rip off.

Not good at all I was in a hurry and ordered 4 salads. The man behind the counter was being so slow. When a new employee tried helping him he just told him to go mop and wouldn’t let him help. Definitely not a good experience. Another time I ordered a wrap and they didn’t cut it in half I asked for them to cut it in half or give me a knife to cut it and I’ll give it back and they just handed me a plastic knife. Like that was really going to cut the wrap?

This was one of the worst experiences and services that I have ever experienced and will never be coming back to this location. The old lady working there was rude and slow. They did not want to attend us and kept telling us that the people behind us were next. We argued that we were next but in the end we just left and we did not buy anything from them. Worst service ever and don’t ever go to this location. They should not be working anymore and they have such a bad mood. Also they have purposely block off the bathrooms and you are not able to use the bathroom in this subway.
