This is the best subway to order from in the Winterville/Greenville area, especially when Erika is working. I send my boyfriend to grab subway all the time because it’s my comfort food, and she already knows my order without us having to remind her. She has fantastic customer service ability. We love this store specially and have never had an issue with anything. If you want Subway in the winterville/greenville area, just head to this one every time!

I walked inside the store and one of the 2 people inside immediately asked me if I had an online order. To which I said no I’d like to place one here. They said we’ll be with in a second. 10 minutes go by and non of these two came to take my order. I heard them talk about all type of stuff, including getting rid of shifts, complaints about having to clean mayo bottles. But no one cared to take my order that was going to be 1 protein pocket. The female with the fake red hair decided to asked me again if I was here for an online order. Then she proceeded to let me wait more. I decided to walk out since the store is a complete waste of time. I have no idea how these 2 were allowed to man the store alone. This happened on Jan 13 after 6 pm

Very disappointed order a tuna fish rolls were stale hardly any tuna in it and I asked for extra knowing I would pay extra. This is not the first time that this has happened. Gave them a second chance. Won’t be going back

I gave this store a 5 stars because an employee named Miah Smith did a great, an excellent job on my sandwich order, people. You will be the one I will ask for every time I go to this store. She is the reason why America loves Subway sandwiches. Check out my photos because she did a wonderful job on my order. I ordered a 12′ sub with extra everything even turkey meat. Now this is a Door Dash order which got delivered to me this way. She sealed my sandwich and made this sandwich with love, and I love gobbling it up. Miah , you did a great job on my order and I will never forget how you made it just the way I wanted it. Thanks to you and your nice work on my order. Great job, Miah Smith. I am one satisfied customer tonight even the receipt was so extra and just friendly services telling me to have a good night because she knew her sandwich was the a master piece to my soul. A fat sandwich is always the way I like it. Miah, did it right. Thanks.

One young lady was doing all of the work while three other employees were in the back talking loudly and not helping at all. Customers were growing increasingly impatient and frustrated due to only two options of bread and lack of meat being available. A woman was in the back without a uniform, we don’t know if she was a worker on not but it sounded like a high school party in the back. Will not be returning to this Subway until it is running in a professional manner. The young lady who made our sub was very helpful and polite, that’s the only positive thing I can say.

My wife and I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. From the moment we walked in, we weren’t greeted or even acknowledged. The young man behind the counter barely spoke loud enough to hear..he clearly needs some serious customer service training.

They were out of provolone cheese and didn’t even attempt to check the back for more. We also asked for the new limited edition cups, which he forgot about until we reminded him. When we finally got them, there were no lids. He claimed the regular lids would fit, but they didn’t, and again, no effort was made to actually check for the correct ones.

Meanwhile, the other employee was more focused on chatting with her friend in the drive-thru while making her sub than helping anyone else. This location is in serious need of better management and employees who actually care about their job. Very disappointing.

This location needs improvement. How do you have one person behind the counter during the dinner rush. I am a dasher and have been waiting for 30 minutes when the order should have already been ready for pickup. My time and money is essential not to mention the customer’s order that I need to deliver. Please add at least 2-3 behind the counter to speed the process along.

This was our second try in about a week to see if we just hit them at a bad time. The photo attached is a wrap, believe it or not. We won’t try again. The first time earlier in the week the order wasn’t ready after 20 min of ordering one wrap online. Waited another 15 minutes after arriving for it to be made.

My order was a door dash order! Whew I’m so upset I could curse but I’m not. Long story short, placed order at 4:58. Tracked order preparing, cool. 5:58 still no order. First dasher said they didn’t have the drink I wanted, cool. Alternate drink.. First dasher cancels and they find me a new dasher. 2nd dasher, the guy refuses to start your order but continues to work on other orders! I would love to speak to a manager! My family is sick hence the reason we ordered door dash in hopes to keep the world safe. I am beyond upset with the customer service of whoever is working tonight! Bless your heart!! 6:51 and the order was canceled and on its way from another subway!!
