I will never order from this dominos store ever again. I have ordered from this dominos at least 100 times in the past 3 years and never have I ever been treated the way I was last night. Never in my life have I ever seen worse customer service. I had ordered pizza on my way home for pickup after having a bad day and all I wanted was a pizza for my night. I had ordered a pepperoni pizza with half beef. I didn’t immediately eat my pizza when I got home but when I finally opened it, it wasn’t my order. I didn’t think to check my pizza anytime before then because I have never had a problem with my order at this place. I wasn’t angry or upset, I just wanted to get the right pizza so I tried calling the store two times. Both times, the phone Rang for more than two minutes with no answer. After calling again and the phone ringing for a very long time, I was interrupted by someone who left me on hold for 5 minutes until I finally got to speak to someone about my order. I was told they couldn’t deliver the pizza and although I didn’t want to leave my house again that night, I went to go pick it up. When I got to the store, I talked to the same worker who passed me my order when I picked it up. After waiting for a few minutes, he told me that I was supposed to pay for the new pizza and was asking me where the old one was. I said I didn’t have it on me and instead of politely asking me for proof, he became more hostile towards me. He said I was supposed to pay for the pizza because he didn’t want to pay for it instead. After going back and forth arguing, he kept insisting that he had to charge me for the pizza. He even claimed that I might’ve been trying to scam. He could’ve just asked if I had a picture. I showed him the picture of the pizza I had received but still tried to insist that I had to pay for the pizza. I tried being polite many times but was always meant with hostility. All I wanted was the pizza that I had originally ordered. He also blurted something out as I was leaving but I didn’t get to hear what he said. Again, I am never going to this dominos ever again. Horrible service! Been ordering pasta with tomato sauce for years. And now they tell me they aren’t allowed to put tomato sauce in the pasta because they’re just for the pizza. I have a couple problems with them before as well where they charge me for a specialty pizza with the rewards and they send me plain pizza. If you don’t want to be loyal to the rewards program then maybe don’t even run an establishment that operates with rewards programs.
Will never be ordering again. Such a disappointment and they do not know how to run a business. As a business owner, this was an easy solution. I was even filling to pay for the price difference but him telling me that they don’t have any tomato sauce available and then saying he’s not allowed to put tomato sauce on the pasta, when I have been ordering that’s dish for 15+ years is truly ridiculous.

I ordered boneless honey bbq wings, when I opened that box I was SOO disappointed. Those wings were so tiny, maybe a inch and a half. That’s how big they were, not only did I get a few crumbs instead of the wings I asked for, on top of that they didn’t even add the honey bbq flavor. Never again.

Ordered online as a preorder. My order never came. 40 minutes after my order was scheduled to be delivered, there was no pizza, no notification that my order was cancelled, status still just said my order was received. I tried to call several times with no answer; the phone would ring for roughly 2 minutes, then just disconnect. I tried to chat with the helpbot online and it wouldn’t connect me with general customer service or give me a phone number to call. I had to just wait for someone to call me back the next day.

There’s only one person working here. Just one employee answers the phone, prepares the food, and stands at the cash register. She works without gloves and without a hairnet. After waiting 15 minutes after I ordered, I asked her how long it would take. She angrily told me she’d said it would take 20 minutes. I pointed out that she hadn’t told me, but she insisted she had. Don’t waste your time and health ordering from this place. I waited 40 minutes for my order. The worst place ever.

This Dominos location is the best Dominos location I’ve been to. It also happens to be the closest to where I live. I used to go to the Glenridge location because it was a little bit closer when I was coming from work but now that I’m not working I started going to this location and their pizza is always better tasting than I’ve had at other Dominos locations.

As a regular customer and restaurant owner, I’m deeply disappointed by my recent experience with Domino’s. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza but received a plain one instead. When I called to address this, I was told my order showed up as a “Hawaiian without any toppings,” which is nonsensical. Attached is my receipt showing otherwise. The resolution offered was for me to call back the next day at 7 PM, which felt dismissive and inconvenient since it was 10 PM the night before.

The employee kept saying, “It’s not my fault,” “You gotta pay for another one,” “We don’t give free pizzas.” “i made the pizza and i don’t make mistakes”. The attitude of the employee I interacted with was off-putting, making the entire situation more frustrating. It wasn’t just about the mistake; it was the lack of effort to make it right. The pizza was for my mother; if it had been for me, I wouldn’t have reordered. The employee’s nasty attitude raises concerns about what they might do to the pizza. Being forced to pay for a replacement pizza added insult.

It’s particularly ridiculous considering the inconsistency in service; my friend, who is vegan and always orders pizza without cheese from the same location, receives a confirmation call for her orders. Such a simple step could have prevented this entire misunderstanding.

It’s evident the staff needs training, and I sincerely hope it’s addressed. This experience highlights a significant gap in service and customer care that needs urgent attention.
