The ladies that work here are awesome. They are always super nice -even though I’m pretty sure they never leave considering no matter the day of the week or time, I always see them there…and they make great food! HOWEVER, I hate to say it, but Something needs to be done differently when it comes to The Bobbie. This is the second time that I’ve gotten this sub and the second time that it had bones and cartilage parts in it. Incredibly disappointing. The pastrami sub is my absolute favorite and I’ll be sticking with that from now on.

Use to have a great manager and staff. Food was well made and very good. Been a few months since I’ve been there and was very unsatisfied with my recent visit. Manager couldn’t remember what was on the sandwich I ordered. I let her know. 20 mins later I got my food. When I got home I noticed my sandwich had more Cole slaw than anything, very very little chicken if any, no crunchy onions on it just basic onion and a splash of BBQ sauce. The grilled cheese was a bit burnt but I actually like it that way. Overall I felt u paid $14 for Cole slaw on bread and the grilled cheese was the best part. Very unfortunate that this location has gotten this bad. When done right it is a nice place to get a tasty meal. Hope things turn around and get better! Not sure if I will go back or not.

I’ve been here a couple of times now they rarely have clean tables, but no one’s sitting at them. They’re very slow but not staying on task. They don’t know the menu very well. They don’t pay attention. They always miss something on the order. They never try to make it right when they do mess up. They wouldn’t take a five dollar coupon that was text to us. One of them claimed they didn’t know how to put in a coupon and the other one said they just weren’t gonna do it unless we ordered online. We don’t even have the app. Why are you sending us coupons if we can’t use them in the store? Then the one who doesn’t know the menu at all who looks like she’s old enough to run the place…seriously tried to not give us au jus for the French dip and when we asked for it, she said it cost extra. I had to yell no it doesn’t when she was trying to charge my boyfriend.
You guys really gotta train people better and hire more than teenagers to run the place because you got adults acting like they have no sense after being trained by the 18 year old.

Had a great experience at Capriottis. The staff was super quick and on top of everything, which made the visit really easy. The food was so good, fresh, flavorful, and honestly just hit the spot. You can tell they care about what they do. Would happily come back!

Friendly staff and great sandwiches. I had the Bobby which is hand pulled Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy on the side. I ordered it warm. Just like those homemade thanksgiving leftover sandwiches but actually better. My husband had the Italian classic which he also thought was good. And he’s from Phillie and I think they might have invented the hoagie.

Jessica waited on me for a take out order and went out of her way to help in every way she could! It was pouring rain and Jessica even said that she wished she had an umbrella to loan to us. She was very pleasant and had a beautiful smile

3rd visit here, wife and I have tried several different sandwiches, philly fries, etc. The food is so full of flavors! Not a typical sandwich! Just great food and the staff has been great. The wife had the wagyu steak dip, she said the best she has had!
