Worst Customer service experience ever they are not even 1 star. I would give negative if possible. we ordered a malai paneer pizza, I specified I am allergy to bell peppers. Upon receiving it there were small pieces of bell peppers. We called and spoke with the manager Gill and stated that we had asked for the pizza without bell peppers and he asked for pictures of the pizza, I should not have to justify what I see on the pizza especially when I have an allergy. Gill offered a 10% discount next time and stated if it’s an allergy to be specify so gloves and knives can be changed. Other pizza places would have offered another remake especially being that it’s an allergy and mistakes do happen. I will not recommend this franchise to anyone cause one location is an image of the entire franchise.

I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’m really disappointed with how things have been lately. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. One time they charged me more than the menu price, and when I pointed it out, they just said “sorry” and gave me my change back — no explanation or proper customer service.
Another time, I got a terrible quality pizza, but I let it go. This time again, I ordered a cheese pizza, and they sent me a cold, sloppy pepperoni pizza that looked like it had been sitting out for hours — maybe even from the day before.
I tried reaching out with photos and gave them a chance to fix it, but they didn’t respond at all. That’s not how you treat your customers, especially regular ones.
This kind of service is not okay. I don’t think I’ll be coming back unless they seriously improve how they handle their food and their customers.

I recently went to Velly Pizza, and it was amazing! The service was super friendly, and everyone there made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The workers were fast, polite, and really cared about making sure everything was perfect. The pizza was delicious — the crust was crispy, the cheese was melted perfectly, and the toppings tasted really fresh. The whole place felt clean and comfortable, and the people working there went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. I definitely recommend this pizza place to anyone who wants great food and even better customer service!

Avoid this place ! I ordered food ! Prices are too high and price difference! Prices on menu is different but they charge more than that ! I add some photos too ! On bill there is new charge cash discount ! No explanation for that ! Charge almost over 7 dollars ! Should get more customers to earn money not try to earn money for single customer !

We came to pick up our pasta order at 9:40 PM on Friday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The woman working at the front was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made us feel unwelcome, and it definitely affected our overall impression of the place. It’s unfortunate because we were looking forward to enjoying a nice meal, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

This place is beyond amazing! I can’t believe I’ve never heard about it until now. We created our own large pizza with Tikka paneer, Tikka chicken, Tikka sauce, then onions and mushroom on one half. It was so good! I was worried it might be soggy but no it was so perfectly made, lots of toppings, seasoning and sauce were delicious and the crust was fantastic. Total was $26 which is a really good deal for a large specialty pizza.
Definitely the best pizza I’ve ever had! The idea of India style pizza is brilliant and this place executes it so well. I highly recommend this place and trying a Tikka style pizza.
