This situation makes absolutely no sense, and it was handled in the most frustrating way possible.

Tonight I ordered Domino’s through Uber Eats in Miami. After the first order, I honestly thought maybe I made a mistake — wrong address, wrong instructions, something. So I checked everything carefully: same exact address, same phone number, same delivery instructions, same everything. I waited outside.

Nothing arrived.

So I placed a second order, again same address, same phone, same instructions, and waited outside again. Still nothing arrived.

At that point, my wife used her own phone and placed a third Domino’s order, again to the same address, same everything… and that one didn’t arrive either.

This went on for about three hours. I eventually had to eat somewhere else because this was ridiculous.

Here’s the worst part: I contacted Uber Eats support, and they told me Domino’s said they “couldn’t find me” or that I “didn’t respond / didn’t make contact.” That is simply not true. I was outside waiting each time, and I was actively checking my phone. No real attempt was made to deliver.

Then I called Domino’s directly, and they told me something even more shocking: they claimed they sent the same driver (same delivery person) all three times, and that he “couldn’t contact me.” So let me get this straight:
• Three different orders
• Same address, same phone number, same everything
• Same driver allegedly sent three times
• And somehow it’s my fault that the same person never delivered any of them?

How does that make any logical sense?

If you keep sending the same driver and you keep having the same failure, why would you keep doing it again instead of fixing the problem? Why not send a different driver? Why not call the customer properly? Why not verify the address? Why keep cooking the same order again?

And the biggest question: where is the food?

Because now I’m being told they can send the food again and I could end up with three full orders that were supposedly prepared and “attempted” — that’s around $100 of Domino’s — but nothing ever arrived to my door, and nobody can give a clear, consistent explanation.

This is a complete breakdown of delivery, communication, and accountability between Domino’s and Uber Eats. I did everything a customer can do: confirmed the details, waited outside, called Uber, called Domino’s, and still got blamed.

I’m leaving this review because this is not a small mistake — it’s a systemic failure. I will never order again.

Rude young guy at counter with massive attitude—ignored questions, pretended not to understand English until money was mentioned. Order missing two Cokes; he wouldn’t fix it. Asked for a knife and napkins—the lady in the back glared at me like I’d cursed at her and didn’t hand over napkins. The guy flat-out said “we don’t give napkins away,” which is total BS and against Domino’s policy. Felt like they were hiding real deals too. Walked out empty-handed. Avoid this place at all costs.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience deserves one. I went in to return two pan pizzas that were clearly undercooked, and Johnathan, the “manager,” insisted that pan pizza is supposed to be like that. I’ve ordered the same pizza many times at other locations, so I know how it should be. Aside from raw it barely had ham or taste good at all. I’m pregnant and cannot eat raw dough, yet he showed no concern and refused to refund the order, repeating that “there’s nothing wrong with it.” Very disappointing service. I also said I just would like a refund but he preferred I’d contact customer service. Definitely will not be back at this location.it could of just been resolved there. Who knows he could have been having a bad day or not given the authority from higher up’s to do returns. What ever the case may be it could have been handled differently.

Skip this location. The guy who was at the front (one with the curly hair) is so rude, he doesn’t make your pizza according to your requests. He put mushrooms when I didn’t want to, he didn’t give us the garlic crust we wanted. He was willing to give us a refund but not the pizza we wanted. Worst ever.

I thought it was a joke when I opened the box. I ordered a plain Philly steak sandwich and this is what I received for $10.00. All I can say is that the bread was really good but I was waiting for the rest of the inside of the sandwich. Tried calling the same day but the phone would ring, bring up an automatic message of about two lines and then went dead.

The pizza and pasta was SO bad. Barely any cheese or sauce, super dry and 2” of crust. The toppings were chincy and burnt to a crisp. Thenn be pasta was completely dry no sauce, sorry maybe a small spoonful in the middle. Highly dissatisfied with this dominos. 🙁

I have been ordering from this location for at least 8 yrs. Tonight was my last night. I pulled up and placed my order online and waited in my car. As I’m waiting I notice I only see one person working and at the time they were sweeping the floor. This employee named Lazaro put the broom away and went straight to the preparation table to start preparing my food. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS!!!! I thought I was tripping so I got out of my car and went inside to ask for myself. I initially thought he had on gloves which would’ve been extra nasty but no he didn’t. I asked him.. Did you wash your hands after you put that broom up?? He didn’t speak fluent English so he asked another employee to translate. This employee proceeded to tell me that Lazaro washed his hands in the back when I know for a fact they have a sink right by the preparation table. He said it’s mandatory. I said I know and I watched him go straight to preparing food. This guy nonchalantly told me I could just cancel my order and I said you’re exactly right. I asked for his name which he told me he doesn’t have to give me his name and told Lazaro not to give it to me either. I said that’s fine and took a pic of him. Told him I will be contacting corporate and I’ll be back to speak to your manager.. Horrible horrible customer service. They have lost a loyal customer at this location.

Just save your time and eat somewhere else services in this store is absolutely garbage along with the food eat anywhere else had me standing at the front for over 10min made eye contact with every employee and still just kept ignoring me along with another man. then just as I’m thinking I’m about to order some random lady who had just walked in cuts in front of us and she then proceeds to order me and the other guy just left due this has happened on multiple time on multiple occasions and I’m only writing this because this shouldn’t happen maybe once but this is the 3rd time trying to order here And no they were not slammed. Absolutely terrible services. If I could leave zero stars I would!
