Left a voice message and sent a detailed email to the restaurant addressed to owners Eris and Jackie to see if they would consider accommodating a special Mother’s Day dinner request for my elderly mother in which I was prepared to pay a premium for. I have an email tracking app, so I know my email message was read. This establishment did not extend the professional courtesy of at minimum returning my call or replying via email. Very unprofessional!

Super late but my organization held an event here in December. 75ppl, half of which were children aged 8-14. Rented the whole place. The owners and manager worked with us on budget, menu, and were extremely accommodating. Front room is like a beach restaurant, back room is like a small nightclub. The staff was amazing. All the kids were in the front room, and the staff made sure they were well taken care of. Food was amazing, drinks great, sound system awesome, TVs to display slideshows. The hospitality was on point and they handled any issue immediately. I would 100% recommend.

My recent takeout experience was outstanding! I got a call both to confirm the order and when ready for pickup. When I went in for pickup the staff was super friendly and warm smiles all around:) Had a large order including salmon, churrasco, grilled chicken, soup and a few sides…they were all delicious!! The accompanying garlic sauce was sooo good too! Can’t recommend enough, check out South Beach Restaurant and support local.

We had a party of 6, and we all had a great time. Where else can you get a domestic or imported beer for $5. I had a delicious Tbone steak for $30. My wife had mofongo with chicken for $19. We all shared generous portions of chicken wings and fried calamari. Great value, great service, great time. We all had a wonderful experience.
