I visited today, arriving around 12:30 PM, and was immediately impressed by the service. The team member who took my order was super nice and genuinely friendly, making the interaction a highlight of my visit.
I ordered the Classic Caesar Salad, and it was prepared and handed to me with incredible speed. I was in and out in less than ten minutes! For a quick lunch turnaround, that kind of efficiency is exactly what I look for. The quality of the salad, combined with the outstanding customer service, made this a highly positive and satisfying visit.

I went for the first time this past week and loved my wrap so much I went back again today but this time I sadly didn’t have the same experience. The employee didn’t seem to know what he was doing so I should have said something while I was there, but I ordered a Cesar wrap and he forgot the croutons, put the wrong dressing, barley put any cheese and also didn’t divide the wrap at the end. Super disappointed as I was hoping for it to taste like the first time and get the same experience

The food always has good flavor, but the last 2 times I’ve been in. The guy making my wraps didn’t look like he wanted to be there and when I would ask for something he seemed annoyed and never smiled once. The wraps were made sloppy, and this last time unfortunately my wrap was considerably smaller than any other time ive been in. I also was telling him what ingredients went in the wrap , he did not know or seem to care what he put in it or the ratios. Experience and quality food are sooo important. Hopefully next time I come back the same guy isn’t making my food.

Very friendly and speedy service. Love that we can see exactly what is going in our bowls and they make the dressings all in house. We tried the Cinco de Light and The Bold & The Buffalo bowls. 10/10 would recommend both. They were absolutely delightful and fresh. So flavorful and it didn’t feel like we’re eating healthful foods.

I have been to Crisp and Green many times and always had great service and delicious food. Today, the person making my order really didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. He completely pulled way too much lettuce and couldn’t even get the toppings that go with the salad in the bowl. When I questioned him about it, he acted annoyed and put a little chicken, beans and corn (southwest salad) in the bowl. There was little to no dressing and I got zero extras. One bad experience will not stop me from going back but this was so disappointing. He needed either more training or an attitude adjustment!

Service extremely slow. Very poor organization by staff. They were short staffed, but didn’t seem to know how to manage the service. They took my order for an acai bowl while another staff member made my mom’s salad. Someone else had ordered a smoothie and another a wrap. The staff member blended the smoothy, then left it to make the wrap. The wrap was set on a counter, then made my bowl. Finished my bowl, then put the wrap in a bag and handed it to the customer. Next poured the smoothie and handed it to that customer at the same time my bowl was handed to me.
We waited for several minutes at the counter to give our order. There wasn’t anyone else in line, we just stood there while another staff member came over to make the wrap. She didn’t speak to us, after a minute I asked if someone would be taking our order, was told soon and then we stood and waited for another person to take the order.
A salad had spilled in the floor behind the cash register, but no effort to clean that up.
Placed an order for drinks, but had go back and wait to ask for cups.
I’ve eaten here before and had reasonable service.
I mainly wrote this review, because I love the food Here and feel the manager/owner needs to be aware. I would hate to see the business close. Not enough healthy food options in town!

I like their wraps and the salads are good too. The service is weird vibes. Don’t seem like they want to be there at all, not a smile in sight. For how expensive some items are, it would be nice to have a more pleasant experience with the staff. After reading some reviews and visiting more consistently recently, I’ve realized it seems to be an ongoing issue. Hope they can get that figured out.

This is my 2nd time here. The first time was great even though I waited in a long line. This time there was no line but the gal who made mine and my friends bowls half scooped all of the ingredients, and after she mixed them in the metal bowl, she didn’t care to scoop out everything. So my friend and I ended up with bowls that look like this..Very disappointed…

I hadn’t heard of Crisp and Green until I searched maps for restaurant options. I had the Verde Chicken bowl. It was fantastic!! There are so many other options, so I will be back and I’m bringing my husband!! Yum!!
