We went here before the Rascal Flatts concert next door at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We made a reservation for 4:30pm, we showed up a little early and they sat us immediately. Ben was our server and he was amazing! His hospitality was unmatched and truly made our meal an experience. We never once felt rushed, but rather welcomed to stay and enjoy our time together. Ben’s knowledge of the food was impressive and I actually learned a few things about oysters from him. We all got steaks and they were all cooked perfectly. All staff we came into contact with were kind and professional. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! Truly unconditional hospitality.

Went here for our 1st wedding anniversary. The food was some of the best we have had compared to other restaurants down town. The service was outstanding! From valet outside to the hosts and our server Alexandra who made every moment of our evening special. My husband and I both had steak. We shared carrots and the French onion mac and cheese. All of which was delicious. My husband got the cocktail shrimp as an appetizer while I got a half order of oysters. I have to say the oysters were perfect and my husband loved the shrimp. Dessert was breath taking. During our meal there was a very loud table across the restaurant. Our waitress informed the manager who asked them to quiet down which only made them act out more. (Extremely rude) this was of no fault of the restaurant or the staff. We just recommend not going shortly after a sporting event as the atmosphere clearly is different than a romantic setting. Overall we loved this place. And can’t wait to return with friends.

Had a fantastic experience here to celebrate my birthday! Melia was a kind and informative server and made sure we were taken care of. I think this was the best crab cake and Chilean sea bass I had ever had, melt in your mouth. I loved the steak and mushrooms. They made me a custom mocktail. Desserts were great too. Melia got us a tour of the downstairs speakeasy, Mel’s, which is a super well designed space with live music.

Came to celebrate my bf’s bday. I indicated it on my reservation and i asked to bring a dessert in the end and they delivered 🙂
At the table, they had a bday card out for him which was really nice.
We both liked the appetizers! Must try the Oysters and crab cakes His spinalis steak was delicious!! I had the scallops, it was ok not a big of the sauce.
Overall, a little pricey but a great experience and atmosphere!

Food was amazing! We ordered the 6oz filet, cesar salad, wedge salad and the dessert where to die for! Pastry chef Nicole brought us our dessert and explained in detail what it was! Colby was our server and he was very nice, fun and knowledgeable. Everyone made us feel welcomed! 10/10

Hands down…best restaurant in Indianapolis. I cannot wait to return. The ambiance was great, the service excellent and the food superb. You cannot go wrong visiting this place. Directly across the street from the fieldhouse (Pacers) and walking distance from most downtown hotels.

Five stars, period! Excellent food, excellent service, steps aways from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The food was perfect. The drinks were perfect. The staff all worked together to make our experience phenomenal. The management visiting our table and spent some time chatting with us to make sure everything was satisfactory. The wait staff is excellent. It was my wifes birthday. We ate our magnificent meals, walked out the door and right into Gainbridge Fieldhouse to watch the Fever vs Lynx game. We will definitely be making a trip to Commission Row a tradition whenever we fly out to Indiana to watch the Fever play. This was our third trip to Indiana and everytime we go we have a ball. Visit Commission Row if you are into fine dining and watching basketball in Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Went to Commission Row for my birthday and had such an amazing experience! Valet was easy going! Our table was in the perfect spot by the wine room! Our time here is one that I’ll never forget! My mom had oysters rockefeller with her entree and absolutely loved them. I had shrimp & scallops with my entree! So delicious. The crispy layer on the scallop & my chilean sea bass was perfect!
The sides were also great!! Our favs were French Onion Mac n Cheese, Creamed Spinach & Potato Gratin! The salads were also very good! All items were shareable!

The experience and ambience were phenomenal. Derek was inviting and welcoming, with a great personality that made it easy to communicate and engage in small talk. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered wonderful recommendations. He understood us well enough that we didn’t have to overexplain—just a cool, mellow individual.
Overall, the staff was personable, attentive, kind, and well-versed in the menu. There truly are no words to describe the wonderful experience we had. The food portions were just right and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the Ahi tuna, prime ribeye, pineapple cake, and more—everything was outstanding. The food was amazing. The crab cakes are a 10/10. They had such a great texture. The popovers are really good as well. The ceviche was an interesting flavor I wasn’t expecting. I had the NY Strip for my steak and it was a perfect medium. The char was incredible on it. The broccolini and french onion Mac & cheese I could also highly recommend. The only downside was the service was extremely slow and we barely saw our waiter at all.
