Walked into this clean establishment yesterday before work and was served by an amazing women named Brittany. I got the Philly with double meat and she toasted the sandwich with the green peppers and onions on it. Which was her idea and I loved the offer cause it was a great idea. She Hooked it up and I ate the entire sub on my walk to work. There was another lady there too who was generous and professional. Good job ladies and thank you Brittany.

We visit this subway several times per week. Almost always have a great experience, unfortunately today the guy that was working, I think his name is Jacob, overcharged me. I told him it wasn’t right, he just repeated what I purchased and told me the amount. I paid. It was only a couple dollars. I got my receipt and it was in fact wrong. He refused to listen to me. He acted like i was being crazy. The time before he wasn’t paying attention to the order. I am not going to accept his service anymore. If he is the only one there I will leave.

Had placed an online order for a different Subway in Rogers. I had ordered from Subway on MLK days earlier so I switched to Walnut and paid with Apple Pay with my Venmo card. Somehow it sent the money to MLK but no orders were sent to either Subway. It’s no ones fault but I’m having a hard time getting my money back.

We went into this store usually satisfied but Elena didn’t cut the bread right at ALL. the thinest top there was. all of the veggies were slimey and brown, her attitude was so rude and judgmental, she was so rude to the lady working with her. my bf and i usually go at night, but it shouldn’t matter what time the customer service should be good always.
