Ordered online pizza was warm, ordered a brownie and got the cookie… Had dental surgery recently so I cannot eat the cookie so I asked them to redeliver the correct item. They were refused to fix it after paying a five dollar delivery fee and a seven dollar plus tip so $12 to get my food here and I’m only around the corner less than three minutes away called corporate. They wouldn’t talk to their own corporate office so now I get to wait 48 hours for somebody to hopefully contact me. Pizza made me sick too… go anywhere else

I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want pizza was barely one or two pieces of topping on each slice. The pizzas were supposed to be ham and bacon, and then a Philly steak and onion. When I called to ask for a partial refund due to there being almost no toppings on 2 of my 4 pizza order, I basically got, “Sorry there’s nothing we can do about it that’s how we do it here”
Domino’s across the street is way better! They have bigger pizza for the same price and LOADED with toppings, And we regret not going to them this week

This place seems to want to trash the entire Papa John’s franchise business. Excruciating slow service (e.g. 90+ minutes for a pizza) with spectacularly bad results. The heath dept and/or Papa John’s corporate needs to shut them down.

Employees are very respectful and my food always comes out on time. I look forward to seeing Moe when I arrive since he always cares for presentation when it comes to his pizza! I also commend Jimmy for being very respectful and on going when I enter thr establishment. I Highly recommend this location!

Driver was driving to fast on Jones rd and missed the turn. When she did turn she hit the curb and popped her tire. She made it within 60 feet of my Location and could not deliver the order to me. I will not be using this location at all due to nothing but incompetence from driver all the way up to the general manger that answered the phone.

I wished 0 stars was an option because today’s delivery was one of the worst. I ordered a large pizza and chicken poppers and the delivery person rang my door bell and just left my order on my door step. It didn’t even take me 10 seconds to answer the door and the delivery person already burnt off. I looked down at my order and saw a smashed in pizza box that looked like it was stepped on. No wonder why the driver drove off fast because they delivered a trampled and dented pizza. When I called Papa John’s the manager explained that the weight of the cold chicken poppers caused the dent on the pizza box and for the pizza to be damaged. That was probably the worst excuse because no chicken poppers could do that. Buyer beware because their product is complete garbage.
