TERRIBLE MANAGER! This is a brand new little Cesar’s. Went in there to get an original pepperoni and original thin crust pepperoni. I asked this manager (in photo) about the pizza sauces because there has been no sauces. Manager said “we run out quick, do you know anything about running a business?” Which actually I do, but what does that have to do with it? She then asked do I want to order food or not, which I had already ordered 2x to her & she wouldn’t put the order in. She claimed that I cussed at her, which I did not. After I told her “I did not cuss at you 1 time what are you talking about?” She refused to serve me. “I will not serve your people, I refuse to serve you. Get out of my store!” Refused service to a paying customer!? I’ve been eating little Caesars since 2012, never have I encountered an employee like this. Such a disappointment and dissatisfaction that they hire people like this! I would give this little Cesar’s ZERO stars if I could!

We came in to order 4 hot and readys 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. We were never greated as we walked in.No one greated customers coming in or leaving. They left pizza and the packing table until the orders were ready (5-15min) 45 mins and still waiting. Not coming back.

I’ve gotten pizza here 2 now, the pizza isn’t good… the first time there was way more crust than pizza on all 5 boxes, barely any cheese and sauce you can pull it off in a sheet. Second time, giving it another chance thought it was just a bad batch. But no, 1 pizza took over 40 mins, overcooked little to no cheese and sauce and it comes off in a sheet. They also hold out on the toppings…put like 3 tiny pieces of bacon. And sprinkle of meat.

Went in for two 5$ hot and ready pizzas. Found out they were in fact NOT ready. Waited 30 mins, which is normal for fresh pizza but wasn’t expecting a wait on a “hot and ready”. Gone several times and there’s always a wait.. like they’re cook-to-order or something. If they were, I wish they’d say so clearly so we knew. Employees are meh. Food is meh pizza.. I mean it’s Little Caesars after all. It was only worth it because it was so cheap but.. that wait!

This is the 3rd time we have to wait more than an hour for our pizza. I placed my order though the app and it’s already been an hour. They said they couldn’t find my order and had to make it again.
Update thought I’d give them a another try and I shouldn’t have. My order has been in the “oven” for 40 minutes. The Little Caesars in Crosby never took this long. I should have just made the drive to Crosby or chose Domino’s instead.

I order for takeout through the app says it’ll be ready in 30 minutes and now I come to the store and it’s not ready have to wait almost a hour and a half. This place used to be fast and on time but now it went downhill. (Edited on 12/2/2024 the place has improved I’ll say I do get my pizza on time and no problems getting my pizza fully loaded with ingredients. I have to come here because it’s the only little Caesars close to where I live and I’m glad it has improved)

Ordered on the app. Went to get my order at the time the app said it would be ready. Waited another 30 – 35 minutes in the store. Other people came in, ordered, and got their orders. I had asked someone about my order when I got there and just said still processing. Finally cancelled the order and all they said was, “a lot of order in front of you”. This is the third time I’ve waited long for one pizza. Bad service, bad start for this store. I’ll rather drive to the Crosby or Baytown location. Probably get my pizza faster than this place. Shame, cuz is like 2 mins away.
Update: so, we decided to give it another try about two days ago (after 2 months). Put an order through the app, again. I got there, no order ready. I gave my order number to the manager and he couldn’t locate my order. He stated it was the wrong store. I showed him the address and the order number and nothing. I order. There and waited. Everyone waiting for their orders we’re getting frustrated. Manager was rude to one of the customers for complaining (they did looked under staffed). Then, they found my order after about 30 minutes. So I asked to cancel the order I placed there. He was like, the bread is almost ready? I was like, what am I gonna do with all that bread? Cancel the order and give me my original order. Gotta say, I’m done with that store. Always chaotic, something always goes wrong. No more in and out little Caesars like the old days.
