We stopped in on a Thursday night without a reservation and were seated right away. Service here is fast and polite.

The vegetarian delight is genuinely delicious as is the pineapple fried rice and miso soup. I had the chicken dumplings and they were huge in size but the dough was a bit thick for my taste.

All in all it was a tasty meal and we would come back

Fish fillets is amazing. Good sashimi and sushi. They also have great cocktails. The starters also good. The best scallion pancake I have ever had. Nice and thick.

Unfortunately, inattentive service marred my experience at the Feng Shui Restaurant in Burlington. Water was delivered by a server holding the top half of the glass; no hot tea was served although a neighboring table received a beautiful pot of it; someone checked on my meal only after it was half-consumed; the bill was never delivered, so I paid on the way out.

Ironically enough, the pineapple chicken fried rice, with a confetti of purple onion and green scallion, was flavorful and delicious.

“Feng Shui is my go-to spot, and I hit it up for my birthday! The food was ON POINT – that Peking Duck is THE BEST! However, our server seemed a bit… intense? They were super attentive, but it felt like they were staring a hole into us . Took away a star for that, ’cause I like my meals with a side of chill, you know? Still, can’t go wrong with the food, so solid 4/5 stars from me!”

I feel a bit odd reviewing this place based solely on their weekend buffet, which they only offer on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Is it fair to judge a restaurant based on just six specific hours?

Located in Burlington, this restaurant occupies the northeast corner of the Burlington Mall plaza, right next to Tuscan Kitchen. Parking here is easy and plentiful since it’s part of a large shared lot.

Inside, the decor is tasteful and upscale, and the restaurant is well-lit–a nice contrast to other places where my wife and I struggle to read the menu. However, we were seated at a double-booth-style table, which was uncomfortably tight, especially if you’re larger-bodied like me. The table pressed awkwardly against my stomach throughout the meal. The server haphazardly greeted us in front and walked away without telling us to follow – until they came back – and I felt like it should’ve looked really obvious that my seating was uncomfortable.

The buffet itself felt oddly tucked away, almost as if it were an afterthought. The selection was notably smaller compared to other buffets we’ve tried. That said, they offer unique dishes you might not easily find elsewhere, such as crispy duck, salt & pepper spare ribs, pickled pepper frogs, and fried eggplant. However, this uniqueness comes at the expense of some staple favorites–no beef sticks or beef and broccoli, for example. They do offer prepared sushi and and pork ‘soup dumplings’ which were delightful surprises.

Unfortunately, despite the interesting offerings, my wife and I found the food disappointing. The flavors were surprisingly muted–like someone had turned the “flavor dial” down to minimum. Ultimately, this lackluster experience means we won’t be returning.

I was very pleased with the Christmas buffet! They had a large choice of sushi. I got about 5 pieces and it was all delicious! The hot and sour soup was great, as was the green tea ice cream. The only drawback was that our drinks didn’t come until we sat down with our food. I would definitely go back.

We did a take out order from Feng Shui and we were pleasantly surprised on how good the food was. We were craving good Chinese food after not having it during our travels.

We loved the beef skewers. I forgot to tell them I was allergic to spicy foods and the sweet and sour chicken was spicy but delicious

Would we eat there again ? Absolutely !

Weekend lunch buffet for around $27 per person. Options were plentiful. Frog legs, spicy fish fillet, and coconut shrimp was great. Sushi was underwhelming and dim sum options were definitely store-bought. Other than that, a pretty good buffet spot for an alright price.

The restaurant was fine, but the food didn’t really stand out. My meal was okay, but my child’s chicken wasn’t well prepared, which took away from the experience. Hoping for a better visit next time.

It was quite busy for a Sunday, we had 8 people for lunch. Felt a bit rushed to order food and then ignored when it came time to pay. The food was good, nothing really stood out. The spicy edamame was probably my favorite. Feels like a cute place for a classy first date rather than a big family style dining. Meaning the plates were enough for 1 person but not really to share.
