This place isn’t your ordinary pizzeria, it’s way better! It’s a hidden gem of York, plus it’s open tIll 4 am if your inebriated and need a delivery . Food portions are healthy and moderately priced. The menu is vast and full of variety and flavor..Don’t be shy, give it a try!

I can’t believe this place is still in business.
Ordered here many late nights over the years, and would wait over 2 hours for delivery. One time they gave us a Digiorno frozen pizza! Could see a guy cooking in the back from the counter area and it looked very dirty. We would only go after midnight when nothing else was open, but stopped because of health concerns lol. Hopefully it’s cleaned up now but hard to imagine! I haven’t been there recently, but it was bad enough then I can say it’s not worth your time!

This place is below awful. The only thing that passes as good there is the wings, which I will admit are good, but everything else is just sloppy and unappealing. They take way to long for even the simplest of orders. I once ran a test where I ordered a cheeseburger and fries from them. So, when I placed my order, I went into my kitchen, made fries from scratch and a hamburger, and gave it 10 minutes to cool. All of that was ready and i still had to wait 1/2 hour before they arrived. It is truly baffling how incompetent these people are when it comes to the simplest of request. Typically, a restaurant would treat there customer with respect, give the correct amount of change, and have their orders correct. With them, it is always the customer is always wrong, we will never break a 10, and we can never get an order right. I once had a delivery girl who had change, but could not do the math of “I gave you $10, the meal cost $8.50, how much change do I get back?” And gave me back $0.75. Worst pizza place in the state. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not order here, or you will be shockingly disappointed.

Well we are never ordering from franks again. Normally u don’t write reviews but when you all double charged us and argued you didn’t when we clarified with our bank that you indeed did is enough for a 1 star. Not only was that a headache. We also were not apologized too. We may be getting our money back but we did not even get compsiated or offered anything. So yea as much as the food is good and the delivery driver is awesome the owner tried to swindle extra money and lied about it. I would not recommend ordering from here and unless we are compisated I will stick with this raiting. Never mess with someone’s money

As my wife pointed out. We got double charged and if it is one thing i don’t like is someoen swindling our money. It would have been different if they just refunded the extra payment and apologized but the owner kept arguing and lying and we called out bank and he indeed double charged and i am glad we’re getting that back but we were never apologized to or compisated for anything and until both of those things happen we will not change our review or rating. The driver and food are goos but once you mess with money ya ur an automatic 1 star. That is not cool to do and it wastes not only our time or urs it also wastes the banks time. So i HIGHLY recommend ordering somewhere else and if u do order from her check ur bank statements. Trust me there is other options out there.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. We had a pepperoni pizza and cheese fries. Both were very good. The pizza was made from scratch and tasted great. I hope to return someday.

Two stars because every time I get my food it’s either cold or halfway there (due to long waiting time for delivery). Fries are always hard because they pretty much cold . The waiting time for delivery is crazy , since they are so popular they should have two delivery guys because waiting on 3 orders for about an hour plus .. geez. Also even if the fries weren’t cold they give so little now. Like man , your food expensive stack the fries up at least !!! .. ok now the good part. If we take all the negativity off the table ? The food taste great. “Delicioso” .
Jan 2020 update , it says free delivery but there delivery driver basically charged me for the delivery . Also I don’t know if they close on Monday’s but It says opened on google maps but no one answers. .

My phone experience was great…very friendly and patient with my questioning from not having a menu. Said 30 minutes for delivery… I just hung up from ordering. I read reviews and Ive heard by word of mouth that the food is decent. When you dont feel like cooking …you really shouldn’t complain so much .

I called twice before & no one was rude! I got my food on time like they said! Its not the best but good enough for late night when no where else to order! I’m very picky with what I eat! So it was good enough.. Everyone has there own opinion! Everyone doesn’t like the same things. So with that being said just try for your self instead of reading what people are saying!
