Absolutely horrific kid on the phone taking my order. I live just down the road and this is my first and LAST time I order delivery from this location. I’ll probably go back to Bizzaro’s because this kid was about as rude/unprofessional as they get. I’d rather wait longer for my delivery than deal with this type of BS service. Now, I understand some of the reviews.

I don’t know what all these Karen’s in the comments are talking about (most of the issues are domino’s corporate/commissary issues, nothing the store does specifically-sauce taste, etc) but this is by far the best dominos I’ve had! Super friendly and fast service. My pizzas were delicious and super hot when I got them. It’s nice to see a business like this in my neighborhood. And it’s just getting better! I definitely recommend giving them a try when you’re in the area. 10/10 from me absolutely!!!

First time ordering for the new location on Babcock street..The GF pizza tasted fine however, they added extra cheese instead of the extra chicken I ordered. The girl even read the order back. The breaded chicken bites were alllll breading. Very disappointed. I hope the can get it together.

The pizza has a nasty metallic taste, taste like a “can”. I’m thinking it’s the tomato sauce because the ranch pizza was decent. We ordered twice from here, and both times it tasted metallic. We thought it was a one time event since we never experienced this at other locations. Needles to say, dinner is going into the trash tonight. Smh

8/15 at 8:40 everyone on shift has no gloves and the delivery driver is on shift eating pizza WALKING OUT, and just a slice of pizza in her hand chewing and talking with her mouth open ,they marked my order as done on the app but I got there and they said they werent done, and they told me to wait . whole time i waited the pizza was sitting on the counter. regardless of it being done and sitting there if it weren’t done why would it be marked as done. updates on app should match the store updates.

Ordered an XL NY Pizza online. The app said it was ready. When I got there she said it will be ready in 4 minutes. Ok, so I waited and another customer came in to complain a their Pizza not having BBQ sauce. So they took his Pizza and went to prepare him another. My Pizza then came out of the oven and I hear them say to each other it was missing the mushrooms. So they boxed it and put it on the rack, but never said a word to me. I got up to ask what is going on and the girl said it would be a couple of minutes, they forgot the mushrooms. After a while they got my box from the shelf and put mushrooms on the already cooked pizza. She said sorry about the wait and I took it and left, but wasn’t too happy. First experience there, 3pm Saturday 6/28.
