Fire time here . Place is clean , convenient location , the service is on point and friendly and the ordering process is easy! My son really liked the French dip and my Italian grinder was toasted perfectly and full of flavor . Would come back and most definitely recommend!

Not happy with the service. I had barely any meat on the sandwich in which I get the wicked minus the pepperoni but wanted add extra ham. When I complained about the sandwich I was told that’s how it is and was laughed at when I walked away unsatisfied. They acted like they didn’t care what I said. It will be the last time I visit this store.

We were overcharged for our sandwich. Posted price (see pic) was $17.75. We were charged $22.75 (see pic) . How many people choose not to get the receipt and are being robbed by their dishonesty? A positive star reflection for the service, as the young men at the counter were willing to refund us when they were unable to ring us up at the advertised price. Our sandwich, although free, was not made with the ingredients we had requested, leaving us with a bland and dry sandwich. The music was far too loud for a crowded space and for individuals like myself who have auditory sensory difficulties. Overall a negative experience from a couple who traveled in from Richmond specifically for Which Wich since they have left the Richmond market.

A fun sandwich shop that uses the fast casual, assembly line style. The service was fine and everyone there served with a smile and was attentive to question.
I got a Buffalo Chicken and Bleu, I thought it would be Buffalo Chicken with Blue Cheese, but it seems I have no clue what am doing.
So you pick to the large menu that takes bit of time to think about, then I choose
buffalo chicken + bleu, I assume its that quality buffalo chicken with some bleu cheese, so then there is an option for buffalo sauce and blue cheese and am like well if the chicken is buffalo flavored then why I need the sauce, adding more for no reason? Then same with the bleu, so I have to make my choices again? Am confused… I try to ask, but I didn’t convey myself well.
So I got the sub and it tasted like deli chicken with cheese. Then why is it called buffalo and bleu, if it isnt on it automatically?
Its tasted good for what it was, warm bread, good amount of deli meat. Its a good sandwich overall. It basically tasted like Subway and Wawa merged together. Maybe am just too old for this style of ordering…

I had to try the AvoWhich. It’s a little crazy. Really good flavors better balanced after I ate it “open faced” and saved half for chopped salted and peppered Avo for desert. Oh and had to have a perfectly made Wicked.

The food was fantastic and the staff was so incredibly friendly! They make your sandwich fresh to order and have so many options ! It was a busy lunch time on a Thursday but the staff was efficient, friendly and kind ! I will definitely be coming back

They never miss. Sandwiches are always delicious and make exactly how I want them and some extra love. The crew is always having a good time and willing to help. Today I wanted to try their Wich sauce and the employee was so eager to make me some since they were out. I found this place two weeks ago and come multiple times a week now for lunch. Thank you for being awesome! Much love!❤️ I like a lot of toppings, so a messy full sandwich makes a great sandwich (the Grinder)

Wife had doctor’s appointment down the street so we stopped in for late lunch. Walked right up and placed order. Subs came out hot and fresh, crinkle cut fries were hot and crispy and nicely salted. All in all good food, good service, clean tables – will visit again

I’ve had a sandwich from this restaurant at their other locations and it has always been decent, but last night I think the sandwich maker wanted to see how much sauce and guacamole he could squeeze into my Turkey Club? By the time I got to eating my sandwich it was just a giant sloppy mushy mess!!! Anyway, on the plus side the staff was super friendly especially the cashier.
