Reliable really good American-style tacos covered in Parmesan cheese. This location has had reliably good tacos that aren’t too greasy but really tasty. This is a MUCH BETTER JimBoy’s location than the one on Sunset in Rocklin or the one by Bass Pro in Rocklin.

So, as usual the food is very good. The unfortunate thing is that this location wouldn’t make my tacos extra greasy (every other location thus far takes an extra spoon of grease and slathers each taco for me.) The woman behind the counter at this location refused and said “it’s not healthy”.
If I wanted to eat healthy – I wouldn’t be here.

Tried Jimboys for the first time last weekend and wasn’t very impressed. The food was really salty and greasy. We tried a few different tacos and didn’t think it was anything to write home about. We paid $40 for 4 tacos chips and guac. We don’t mind paying those prices for great food, we just didn’t have that here. We did receive great service though and the restaurant was clean. We also appreciated the Military Discount, thank you for that!

Plain and simple Jimboy’s makes some of tastiest tacos in town. Nothing fancy just some damn good tacos. I always get a two 6 packs (see pictures) of beef tacos because 6 is never enough. Their tacquitos (beef or chicken) are also pretty tasty. Either way you won’t lose out unless you’re that 1 in a 100 that doesn’t like tasty Jimboy’s tacos!!! One thing you might want to try is the Tahoe burrito with carnitas. Very tasty too!

Jeovanni was awesome in customer service. Something that lacked last time and was delivered this time. He was fun with a quick and different short conversation with each customer. That’s a rare skill to have. Food is hot and fresh, more lively this time with more people sitting down to eat. Place once again was spotless. From 4 stars to 5 it goes! Great place for lunch.
Nice and clean place at store opening. Decent menu selection, Mexi-Merican cuisine for lunch with plenty of options and not an overload of everything. A tad pricey per taco which should be the staple of this place. However you can tell the money is put into the restaurant and for that I would pay it. Delicious churros for your sweet tooth, definitely fresh when I ordered it and not microwaved. Chicken tacos were great and a enough cheese on the quesadilla to upset a cheese loving lactose intolerant stomach. A little more livelihood and something else to add to customer service could make this a busy 5 star location.

The chicken tacos were decent. The ground beef tacos were really good. The cheese was not very good. I’ll be back to try the other tacos for sure.

Its a great place if you like dirty floors and being charged extra. I made the following deduction for a tip jar that was up front. According to the receipt, water 2.25 extra + a 3.99% service fee. Great place!!
