This subway locations is close to my office so I pick up sandwiches quite often for lunch.

Nice people, orders are available for pickup always earlier than scheduled, food is fresh and tasty.

Stopped by here on the way home as we needed something quick. I do really like Subway, and I always get the same thing, so it’s easy to compare different places.

I ordered my foot long cold cut combo on Italian. The employee was super friendly and quite quick. We had 3 sandwiches in total and she made them with ease. Honestly, she stuffed our sandwiches with toppings. She could barely cut one of them.

There’s tons of seating and the inside is nice and clean! Parking is easy since there’s a lot.

Had an issue with my online order after I got home and opened it up. No one answered the phone. So I submit a ticket online. 9 mins later I received a copy/paste response from “Ajay Sharda” the owner of this location letting me know he had taken the time to address the issue with the employees.

Appreciate the time it took for the owner of the location to ignore a complaint and send out a generic response that had nothing to do with the issue.

Food is ok but your employee was very rude to me and basically called me a liar. I ordered my sandwich but didn’t stay close to the counter when she was making it. When I walked up to pay I noticed that the sandwich was a footlong which I had not ordered. I told her I didn’t want a footlong. She told me that I had ordered footlong. When I repeated that I didn’t want a footlong she said “then you shouldn’t have told me that.” I will not be giving my business to this Subway franchise again. .

The girl working on 4th of July at 1245p is very rude. Doesn’t show eye contact and very rude tone in her when dealing with customers.

The store is clean and the servicers are sweet and accommodating. My only problem is that they no longer have swiss cheese and brown bread. So without those two things I will not be going back. However, that doesn’t mean the store isn’t right for you. If you don’t want swiss cheese and brown bread, it will be a great place for you.

My experience here was scary to say the least. I wanted my meat microwaved and bread and veggies toasted. The sandwich artist was confused. I explained I only wanted my veggies toasted. After toasting she put cold steak on my sandwich. She neglected to inform me they did not have a microwave or clarify my instructions to adjust accordingly. The Cucumbers and pickles were slimy, the tomatoes visibly falling apart from age. The sandwich artist seemed completely resigned and I did what I could to maintain a positive experience with her. By the end she was slightly more positive. I will not be ordering from here again. The only takeaway was that she did not limit how much of each portion she put on the sandwiches, meat and veggies, but alot of bad veggies is still bad veggies.

Came in and asked for jalapeño cheddar bread and the guy seem confused, we saw there were mosquitos in the place and one landed in my bread, I asked for a different one and he hesitated to give me a new one. After that he was giving us attitude and didn’t care about how we wanted our sandwich. The guy obviously doesn’t enjoy working here, bad experience. I worked in retail before, I know how to greet customers and make them feel welcomed, I did not feel welcomed here.

No bathroom even for customers. Sign out front says no public restroom. Sign inside on bathroom door says put of order. They have 2 bathrooms and don’t use either. I service people’s homes and have nowhere to use bathroom. I like to be able to go when I take my lunch. If you’re gonna let your employees use it let your customers use it.

Stopped here on our way to Reno Saturday late morning. My sister went in first but asked to use the restroom before ordering like a lot of people do. She was denied. I walked in a couple minutes later expecting to pickup our food. I explained my sister came in to order. She said, “Oh her? She left” very rudely. Ok so I guess they don’t need the business or care about how they treat cusomers? Thank goodness Starbucks is so accomodating! We ordered food & it was no hassle to use their restroom.
