When I went in the manager wasn’t friendly didn’t speak to me and my friend only the lovely lady cashiering was kind and the young boy making the bowls was staring at me weird. I paid for extra chocolate and they gave me none I even tipped and I didn’t get what I wanted it was more base then toppings if I wanted mediocre I would’ve went to tropical and got a smaller bowl for the same price but at least they give you the toppings. Do better smoothie king yall already in a location that nobody’ care about !

This is, by far, the best Smoothie King I’ve ever visited. I usually order from this location 3-5 times per week. They are ALWAYS fast with orders, no matter how busy they are. I’ve never had a bad smoothie from this location. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. They get it right every time.

I stopped by with some questions and needed a take out menu. The staff inside were all wearing masks and it looked clean and neat (so did the crew working!). After a few questions I left with a Five Dollar Friday smoothie for family. We all gave it a try and it was delicious. Some is being frozen to try out as an ice cream. Thanks for answering questions and for a great experience.

On Friday, May 13th, at around 5:30PM, my girlfriend and I walked into the Keith Street location for smoothies, while trying to order there was a brown haired girl, no older than 16, talking to a group of two boys completely ignoring me and the other people in line. It took 10 minutes to get my order, just for it to be the wrong smoothie. When I requested my actual order she acted very rudely and immaturely. In the end, she did give me my order for no extra pay, but 2/5.
