Update: tried again. Prices do not match what is advertised. Again, burrito had like four pieces of meat and mostly rice and beans.
No complaints on atmosphere and service. I purchased the burrito and I was very disappointed. The burrito was 80% rice. Or more. There was very little meat and toppings. I used to go here often. I feel like they went cheap on quality. Not sure if I’ll return because I am not the only person who noticed that they’re not getting what they pay for.

By now this Tacos California truck is a real cultural keystone in the downtown Olympia food scene. It’s been the most reliable of the city’s food trucks over the last several years. The food is delicious and fresh. The service is friendly and fast. We couldn’t ask for a better taco truck in Olympia.

For the first time, I decided to try CA tacos. Called in my order for carnitas street tacos and asked for NO hot sauce. Got the tacos home and found hot sauce on them. Couldn’t try them. I was able to taste the pork which was Devine.
Sadly I won’t go back.

I was so impressed with this place! I would highly recommend it to others! I tried the mulitas and sopes and would absolutely get them both again! I think the mulitas was my favorite thing overall! I steak Street tacos were excellent. Rice and beans were on point, and the beans were extra flavorful and done well.
My friend had the steak burrito and Cuban torta and reported that both were excellent!
We will be back again for sure!

I ordered the California burrito (asada, fries, lettuce, avocado, sour cream, Monterey Jack and Cotija cheese). What I got was disgusting and inedible. There was barely any meat, fries, or avocado. The burrito was mainly sour cream and cheese, plus the few fries were completely undercooked. Yuck!

Awesome place! I’m from Southern California, so I was not expecting much, but I was so wrong. This place has the street tacos that I know and love from my town. It is slightly limited, but has the basics plus more types, I am spoiled and wanted Cabeza, which they didn’t have, but the Lengua (tongue) was fantastic, as good or maybe even better than what I usually get. They also have bottled drinks available submerged in ice. So cold and good!
This is a food truck situated in a little kind of lot area with 3 other food trucks. There are benches to sit at if you want. Very cool; I liked that feeling of the place and area. My worker guy (possibly owner) was very nice and spoke Spanish with me cuz I wanted to, but his English was perfect.
My sister and I got 4 tacos and too drinks and the total was about $12. Just right.

To be honest, these aren’t the best tacos. Because they weren’t seasoned. The tortillas were too soft, my come on. I come from Aberdeen and Francois. Mexican restaurant is way better than this. Like come on, step up your game on seasoning the food. The chicken didn’t have no flavor either. Either was the marinated park and it wasn’t even marinated that much like come on. I’ve had way better food than this and I. Spent $40. Definitely was not worth 40 bucks. Come on, I can get 12 tacos. Almost $30 and they’re way better than this. I would not recommend going back to here. Unless they actually season their food. I have good marinated pork, but no, thank you. Definitely was not worth it $40. I’m absolutely disappointed on this food. To be honest if I had the chance to get my money back. I would cause they were that bad. I never had a lot of Mexican restaurants and this aint top in it.

I got a California burrito. It had great texture and a good portion. There was a lot of onion, I liked it, though. My wife and my son got a chicken burrito, my son enjoyed his, and my wife seemed to like hers till after. She kept burping up the flavor, but she wouldn’t say she got sick. My daughter got a cheese quesadilla, and had no complaints.
