Really nice Starbucks location inside the gas station with no drive through. The employees here were very nice and helpful. I ordered the Dragon fruit Mango lemonade refresher and blackberry lemonade refresher drinks were great. Overall experience was excellent.

I’m not really one to support chains but I stopped here on my way out of town. I specifically chose Starbucks because they usually have drive-thru service. This one did not. But, I had already strayed off of my original path so I walked in to get my drink. I was craving a tea latté so I got a London Fog. It was decent, but not as good as my usual haunts. Lots of staff hanging about so my order was taken and executed quickly. Nice, clean place connected to a convenience store. Seems newer.

Today I went to Starbucks like I always do, and for a few weeks now there has been a new girl working there. She is very rude to me. I have never seen her before in my life, and I don’t understand her attitude. The other girls are very kind, but this one is very rude. She charges me more than she should, and she doesn’t even apologize, and they don’t even give me back the extra money they charged.

I’m not a huge fan of chain based coffee shops, but this is a Starbucks that feels like more like your nice neighborhood coffee joint on the corner. The vibe is modern, homey, and peaceful. Not too busy but not too dead either. Great place to meet up with someone, work on homework, or just grab and go.
The staff are nice and do a good job putting out the expected Starbucks quality of drinks and edibles. The manager Jennifer is super personable and cares about the patrons. On two different occasions while I was just hanging out with a drink and a friend she has come over to make sure we were having a good experience. Even got free Danishes once when they were trying out a new oven with a new product.
This location also shares a building with a HyVee Fresh which is super convenient. I have often snagged a salad or pizza from the HyVee and brought it over to eat with my Starbucks drink.
One minor drawback is that this is not what I would call a “fast” service location. Since it’s pretty relaxed and not too busy, if there is a random influx of people all at once they can get backed up. I recommend ordering ahead if you want to just grab and go.
Final note: I have personally appreciated the approach that this location has taken to the COVID pandemic. Located in a locality and state with looser restrictions, they have prioritized the comfort and accessibility of customers while maintaining standards of cleanliness and reasonable precautions. It’s hard to find a place right now where you can sit down and truly relax without fearing that you’ve broken some rule or something. This place is that place.

This location is much better than the other one in town. It’s a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of seating in case you need get work done. The staff is friendly most days, they always seem to have a LOT of people working and bumping j to each other trying to complete orders. Among the chaos is certainly a gem, the food is good (yes it’s frozen like all SBUX), I haven’t had a drink made wrong yet, it’s clean and someplace I can go to meet clients, or bring the kids.

I have been to the Star Bucks several times in the last week. The service has been excellent as well as the hot/cold drinks. I also had a breakfast sandwich that was very tasty. Several times there has been a line, however it moves quickly!! I ask for a pour over specifically & it took approximately 6-8 minutes, but was great tasting rich flavor & worth the wait!

Been going to this same starbucks first was every day for 3 years straight unless I was out of state on vacation or something else, now I go about 4 days a week at most due to work and the areas that i am working, but great customer service, great employees, both past and present, and they always know what I want when I come in, unless I am getting coffee for someone else as well. But definitely won’t go to any other Starbucks in the state of Iowa for all the reasons I mentioned and more.
