Ya know I get sometimes being behind but when a customer comes in and you don’t a knowledge them for 5 mins and then make them wait another 5 to get service while 2 people count money on the food works surface and not wipe it down after, looks really bad. Pizza was overcooked due to only one person working service for both line and online orders. Which I have to note the online got their food before ours despite our pizzas being made first. Our food sat on the rack ready while the other pizza got made and put in the oven. “Kudos” to the opening manger for time management and opening readiness…cuz we didn’t wait 40 mins for our food.

MOD Pizza is hands down the best in the area compared to other MOD locations! The service is always friendly, fast, and on point, and the food is consistently amazing. The pizzas are made perfectly every time with fresh ingredients and great flavor. This location truly stands out—highly recommend!

Frost time at mod stuff was vary help got are pizza order faster then any pizza shop I’ve seen the miss got her pizza and Vance informed me my pizza got a little cooked but was fast to fix it with a happy and willing energy to fix the issue and it was big 5 star to the team that helped us tonight one heck of a team here

Best pizza I had in a while. I didn’t know what to get and the front counter gentleman was so patient with me and even recommended some great choices. Huge Shout out to Christian at this location for making some of the best pizza and having great customer service skill. Big ups to him. Go grab a bite to eat at mods pizza today.

The place was pretty much empty when we went there at 12 in the afternoon. Do not get the cheesy garlic bread, it barely had any garlic so basically paid $8 for cheese and bread. Not worth it. However, the pizzas were amazing and cooked correctly. The tables, seats and everything seemed clean. The staff was kind and friendly as well!

We ordered online and they said it would be ready at 7:38pm we came in at 7:50pm to give them extra time and when we arrived the worker said they “burnt the pizza” as he was laughing and that they are cooking it now, So now we are here 8:10pm waiting on our pizza. Do better.

I saw a quote somewhere…”The world is short staffed. Please be kind to those who actually show up.” There were 2 people working when we came in yesterday. They were working, doing their job just as they should, and so many customers that came in were upset about the wait time. I swear no one can wait longer than 2 minutes these days without throwing a fit! Go home and make Easy Mac if that’s the case! Oh wait…that’s 3 minutes, whoops.

As far as fast food is concerned very few places can be MOD Pizza. Simply they have fresh food they give you how much you ask for so if you go big you get big their salads are bigger and fresher than anything available elsewhere for that money or price point it’s amazing and I go here often. The people that work here also usually very cool very attentive and here to serve you unlike many other places where there’s no love no particular interest in satisfying the customer these people make it their personal mission to help you get the meal you’re looking for prepared the way you want it prepared and it’s very rare that you get this kind of service from these types of low cost restaurants. A true gem in the rough!
