The parking is good and easily accessible.
The building is an outdoor/indoor atmosphere but shielded from extreme weather! Decore was adorable.
There’s bar seating or table seating with two TVs playing but on mute and there is nice music playing.
The service was fantastic, great people who were very cheerful and helpful. They made great recommendations.
The food was phenomenal!! I had the Happy Burger Plate which was cooked and assembled to perfection. My mom had the BLT that had plenty of well cooked bacon on it.
We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a bite to eat in Onalaska!

We tried it out last Saturday and boy are we glad we did.they have almost everywhere you could imagine. My husband had a hard time deciding. He tried the Lucky Buddah beer and it was delicious. I had been craving a good burger and this was one of the best I got the Ruby cheeseburger and it was great. Their sweet potato fries were nice and crisp. My husband got the happy patty burger. With fried baloney, a burger patty and a fried egg and he loved it. We will be back. We have lived in the area 2 years and we just found our spot. Oh and the owner and waitress were the best solution nice and welcoming.

Our waitress, Jackie, was incredibly kind and attentive, and the owner even came out to check on us, which made us feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to find this level of care in restaurants. I went to Big Fish because I heard the burgers were the best around, and it didn’t disappoint. This place is owned by a really nice elderly couple. I spoke to the husband for a bit and he was super nice. The wait staff was excellent. They were short on kitchen staff, so it took a while for the food to come out. But there is a huge beer variety so I didn’t mind. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful surprise! My wife and I were greater as soon as we came in the door and had a fantastic lunch. Probably the best cheeseburger and fries I’ve had ever. Creative comfort food menu including fried baloney- an old school staple. Tremendous beer selection, great food and service. Highly recommend.

Took the ‘ol lady for a bike tide today and we finally got to try the Big Fish Icehouse. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family, not just a customer. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The burgers are the bomb! The owners come around speaking to everyone which is very nice. When she found out it was our first time there, she even gave us some souvenirs! Look forward to our next visit!

This is the BEST Burger around! I’m a regular for a reason. Consistent, fresh and so so good every time. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and when I walk in, they greet me with my name! Meat is sourced locally from Ruby Cattle Co. And the fries are delectable! Don’t pass this place up!!!!
