Ordered through door dash because it was the closest. Received food quickly but it wasn’t good at all. Spare tips were super dry and not sauced, chicken wings had a LOT of veins and black stuff inside the meat. Fried rice was yellow, filled with big white onions, and bean sprouts. Broccoli was steamed with nothing added and cold. Had to order something else from somewhere else.

I ordered burben chicken and white rice I have got food from here in the past and it’s good but today the food is very bland the lady on the phone was rude thr guys kept telling me I ordered the wrong thing and the women asked me if I was drunk on the phone this place used to be good but now it honestly seems like there going the cheap route and it’s effective the quality of the food in a bad way. Ordered chicken chow mein and fried rice, this is the most bland Chinese-ish food I have ever had. This pic is AFTER I dumped two soy sauce packets on it because the chicken and beansprouts and onions were all so white and bland they were indistinguishable from eachother. The rice is like zatarans Spanish rice. My husband ordered hunan scallops and shrimp, and it was supposed to be spicy, and it’s so bland. Sauce tastes like brown gravy. I’m so disappointed.

The combination fried rice was awesome! We also tried the curry noodle dish. Both were delicious, hot, spicy or seasoned well, and satisfying!

They need to give up the spot to the corner of this building I love the convenience of them location wise being right there but just wish it was a different restaurant. Their general tso chicken is hella bland and soupy. Then I walked in to order a Pepsi today and it was 29 days till expiration so the quality was off as far as flavor and carbonation I asked the woman for a resolution and she restrained and said I should still be able to drink it for $3.03 for an expired 20 oz. Pepsi I left it there. And gotta dispute it now just check your products before you pay

This is my go to Chinese takeout so my review may have historic bias.
Great value – the usuals are good, still use jumbo shrimp, juicy pan-fried dumplings, and they have dishes that some “gourmet” places don’t always have: anything & eggplant in garlic sauce; chow fun (I prefer beef), and anything & bok choy (this may be due to my hounding to add more veggies beyond broccoli).
The Korean chicken place across the street often has a line so I suggested they call their fried chicken “Special Chinese Chicken” as they, like any DC spot, offer it with Mumbo Sauce.
