Atmosphere: 3/5
This location is on the smaller side with limited seating inside. While the space is generally clean and has the classic Starbucks style, the biggest downside was the stack of large boxes sitting right in front of the counter. It takes up valuable floor space and creates a cluttered first impression. I understand they need to restock, but there has to be a better solution than storing supplies where customers are walking and ordering.

The staff here were friendly, efficient, and kept the line moving quickly. I didn’t have to wait long for my drink, and the team seemed well-organized.
Food/Drink: 4/5
I ordered my usual go-to: an iced caramel macchiato. It was made well and tasted just as good as I’ve come to expect from other Starbucks locations. No complaints there!
Extras:
This location has a convenient drive-thru, free parking, and easy access from the shopping center. One small challenge: if you’re trying to make a left-hand turn when exiting, traffic can be a bit tricky. But there is an alternate exit with a traffic light that makes getting out much easier—worth taking if you’re in a hurry.

They do not put inside guest at any value. Unfriendly. They continued to make free drinks for friends(no tags on drinks). Paying customers should be serviced in the order thwy were recieved. Do better.

I’ve only been to this location twice and the visits were years apart. The service is extremely slow whether ordering in the store or on the mobile app. If I would’ve known my wait would be almost 40 minutes I would have totally skipped this stop. While waiting I then recalled the same thing happened to me about two summers ago.

I ordered from the app and when I arrived the app printout was wrong. There are 2 ladies that helped make my sad day better!!! They remade my drink and blessed me with my favorite thing ever! Whipped cream in a cup!!! I know it’s silly and small but that silly small thing truly made my day! Thanks ladies!!!

Came in to pick up a door dash order, and only 3 out of 7 front employees were doing any work. 4 employees were standing around, gossiping, while the other three were busting their rears getting things done. The order, one item, I was picking up was late. One employees of the 3 hard workers asked one of the 4 gossiping to get her something, and she was ignored in favor of the gossip.

Service at this location is horrible. They are rude. Not like the Starbucks experience you’re used to. I avoid this one if possible, but I am a Starbucks girlie so if I must go I do. It’s usually about once a month, but when I place my order I know not to have high expectations even though I’m paying the same price as the better locations.

I was told not to go here because the last few months their drinks haven’t been right. However I didn’t listen. Friends and family have said their drinks TASTE like they are watered down. And sure enough, my drink tasted watered down. So disappointed as I hardly buy myself Starbucks anymore.
