As in all the other branches, the food is good, but the customer service is the worst. The first time I went, I was charged twice, and the refund process was stressful. The second time, I waited for over 30 minutes for my order. The staff seems unprofessional. There won’t be a third time for me at this place. It’s a shame that such a good franchise as Pollo Campero is tarnishing its image because of just one location.

Mixed emotions here. Good food but pricey. Restaurant was freezing. Overheard multiple people saying same thing about how pricey they were and how cold it was. It was $38 for fast food fried chicken for 2 people. It is a new place in a small town so everyone is excited to try. For us, this is a one and done. I also noticed the restaurant only responded to the 5 star ratings but did not address 1 star ratings.

This was my husband’s and my first time trying Pollo Campero in Poinciana, and we absolutely loved it! Tiara, who took our order through the drive-thru, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since it was our first time, we asked for her opinion, and she didn’t hesitate at all—she was so helpful and patient. The fried chicken was delicious, crispy, and full of flavor. Such a great first experience. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Decent walking in. I saw a few workers-floating in the back.I only saw one working. She was very helpful I’ve never dined in before. I Didn’t know they have plates and silverware. She brought us our food plates. She asked was anything missing. It was and she brought it right out. Told us about the survey. Lovely girl. Very informative. She would do very well as a server in a real Resturant. Her name Kianni. Hope I see her again if I’m there.

When there for the first time not expecting nothing new, but the atmosphere is fantastic. The food is phenomenal. It’s one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. It’s better than kfc mcdonald’s wendy’s or burger king and it’s also better then chicken, filet, or whatever you call that restaurant, it’s better. It’s an authentic Chicken Sandwich, and it tastes out of this world. You have to check out their yuka fries they are out of this world service, phenomenal, the best they treachery, would respect and kindness right when you walk down the door service with a smile

I really love the good energy this restaurant brings. I loved the service from Kiani (sorry if I miss spelled). She did a great job on her costumer service. I don’t think she knew I was watching her when she blessed someone by paying for there food. I think we need more positive things like that in this life. Everyone is doing a good job. How are you a chicken place but every time I’ve tried giving this place a chance you don’t have chicken and it’s a 20 minute wait. That’s why this place is always dead. The girl with glasses working at 9:20pm on friday january 16 has a crazy attitude. You are closing in 40 minutes and you’re already locking doors and telling people there’s no food available? So just be careful. I got it for the very first time at this location and had to finish cooking it. When i got home I had pink water that had accumulated at one end of the box from the chicken. I don’t think it was fully cooked. Otherwise flavor was delicious and reminded me of my country. I enjoy it
