I’ve been coming here recently. I placed an order earlier this week and was told they were waiting on the teriyaki chicken to be done. They made the order but neglected to tell me it was finished. I waited for awhile before they remembered I was there. The food was decent though. I came back today and they got my order wrong and there was a long hair in my food. Foods fine but service and hygiene could be better!

Showed up at 820 at night and the case was nearly empty. They are open until 9. A lady in line tried to insist on them turning the grill back on but the staff refused. The attached picture is everything they had left. We ended up having to change our dinner plans. Horrible service at this location so I’ll have to drive farther to the Lake Mead location.

The taste of how they cook food here is a hit or miss. The portions are not worth the price, especially when having to pay $1.50 extra for steak and shrimp. The majority was the fried rice, and like 3 pieces of shrimp with 1 small piece of steak and the rest are the veggies. Not worth the extra charge!!! The one on Stephanie and E Lake Mead is better. Better tasting and good decent portions for the price.

I had the pleasure of going to the Panda Express located at Marks & Sunset yesterday and was greeted by the most awesome, associate Alyna and checked on by another pleasant and personable associate, Allura. Each one of them made my experience at their Panda Express very enjoyable. I am so happy that there are people like them working at a business such as Panda Express. The both of them were eager and willing to assist all customers, had a genuine enthusiasm with interacting with customers which they treated as guests and not just treating us as monetary customers. This experience greatly contributed to me having an awesome day for my birthday. Alyna & Allura are incredibly awesome associates.

They were out of the Coca-Cola fountain drink but, gave me a bottle of Coca-Cola instead plus a second bottle as a refill. The man at the counter was very nice. The Kung Pao Chicken was very good.

I had a reasonably good experience at this Panda Express. the only problem was it must have been busy just before we got there because a lot of the entrees and chow mein we’re out and I had to wait for them to make more. Also it seemed like they were short some people.
