on feb 22 i just ordered online for 2 combos and went to pick up at the store while i opened the wendys app it showed it was charged for 8 combos (glitch in the app ) i just immediately went to store and inform my issue to team no one was responsing worst customer service, no manager in the store ,no one can speak english,also they packed for 8 combos i didnt even took anything since i just want my refund so as i spoke with wendys customer team and raised a complaint it may take 1 week tehy informed but its been more than 1 month i just spoke with them many number of times but until now i havent recieved any mail or no response from the team worst wendys customer service i can say

The food we got was not only old but not prepared correctly. Things were missing. My wife politely asked for our missing burger and the girl at the counter proceeded to argue with her over it. I had to step in in a more assertive manner to politely demand we either get what we paid for or a refund. They changed their tune real quick when they were met by someone that wouldn’t tolerate the bullying. Im not one to say these things often but i wouldn’t eat here again. EDIT: I’m not going into detail but the food did a number on me a couple hours later. Food poisoning I suspect. It wasn’t pretty.
