I ordered delivery 4 times out to the lake and this last order I was told they’re not allowed to deliver here again when their delivery driver told me they deliver to this side of the lake all the time. Not only was I missing things AGAIN but before this I was given burnt pizza with no refund or remake. I was finally given 1 refund tonight for missing items however the bacon and Italian sausage on our pizza is stale and rubbery. The manager was rude and the delivery driver was rude over the phone. Their customer service is horrible and I’ve wasted too much money on food that wasn’t right. We will be ordering at Pizza Hut for now on because they never do this to us. Y’all need better management and better quality food!!
Update as it’s now been 4 days and they told me my refund for missing items would be instantly credited back to me BEFORE they charge my card again for the new amount. I have checked with my bank and called. I have not been refunded and now have 2 charges from them off my card. They are absolutely scamming people!!!!

Our $19.99 “ultimate pepperoni” pizza was not good. This wasn’t good even for a normal pepperoni pizza, super disappointed. The store was clean though and the person who helped me was friendly.

I went into the store to pick up my order and the manager kelly (I believe thats her name) was sweet to me. The driver came back in from a delivery and kelly started yelling and cursing at her because my order was messed up even though it was the manager that messed up my order. That poor girl (the employee) just stood there confused on why she was getting yelled at! Mind you she wasn’t even there at the time she had just returned from a delivery! I think her name was Carrie. She came up to me and apologized like a thousand times for what had happened to my order and for what I had to witness. I could tell she wanted to cry or walk out. I feel so bad for that girl and she was just the sweetest

My friend and I called in to get 2 pizzas as broke college students. We were then met by a lovely lady by the name of Shelby. She was VERY helpful and kind. She made everything go smooth and helped us get what we needed. By far the best costumer service I have EVER had!! We need more people like Shelby!! She 100% needs to be rewarded for how well she does!! I made sure to tip very well for her!!

Management unable to add a tip to drivers order that was placed by a minor. This is unacceptable. I am familiar with your sop and practices from my time at a well ran dominoes in Branson. Considering my time is valuable I also respect the drivers time. She was provided a 20$ tip I asked management to remake an order so I could bring it home to my family. Which he did. Started making the food without payment because I asked him I wanted to speak with management first. I humbly asked for an employee discount or small discount on new order. This was promptly denied with a “ I don’t know if I can do that.” I said have a good day sir those items will be eaten by you or thrown Away while counting towards your food spoilage regardless. I am on my way to Pizza Hut to. Patiently wait on a pick up order the the same way I did at your establishe. Your driver was cordial. I will continue to do what I have done. Vote with my wallet.

I don’t know why anyone would go elsewhere for pizza! Domino’s has great pricing, the employees are always super friendly, our order is always ready on time, fresh and hot. If I could list the names of local pizza places I would . . . and tell you Domin’s beats them all!

Ordered delivery and signed up for tracking on the order. After 10 or 15 minutes I got a text saying it was out for delivery. After about 35min I called amd asked where my food was. I was told that it was out for delivery and that they were very busy and it was only one person delivering and one manning the store, I asked for a discount due to it being late and most likely cold when I receive it. I was told that it will be hot because of their special bag and there was not going to be a discount. He also made comment that the driver was out with 4 orders. 44 minutes after the text that my food had left the store my food finally showed up cold with a very apologetic driver. There is no need to be a jerk on the phone and in this town it does not take 44 minutes to deliver 4 orders. I used the app to report the issues and was offered a free medium pizza or call the store. Pretty pointless to call the store which already treated me like a number. Never been any issues with any of my orders but the snotty attitude has me thinking I won’t return.
