Recently had lunch as a first-timer, and I enjoyed my meal. I’ve been eyeing this place for awhile, thanks to social media. The menu offers plenty of tasty options, from ramen to sushi and sushi rolls, udon, soba, rice bowls, and more. Vegetarian options are also available.

I ordered the Spicy Ramen along with a couple of pieces of nigiri sushi. The Spicy Ramen has a flavorful pork-and-chicken broth that’s not too heavy, and the spice level is medium. Ask for more spice if you like the heat. The pork chashu was thin, but very tender and tasty with a bit of melt-in-the-mouth fat still.

I also ordered yellowtail sushi and seared peppered salmon sushi. Both cuts were delicious and prepared well.

The staff was kind and attentive. The dining area is spacious with plenty of tables and is kept clean. Some pleasant-looking decor as well. Parking can be tricky as the plaza has other popular businesses, and the lot can fill up fast. Can’t wait to try more of the menu soon.

A decent K-ramen/sushi place. Food quality is consistently good. Flavor is on the spot, but noodles are typically overcooked/soft. Service is on the slow side, only ONE server for the entire restaurant. Dining area is spacious and well illuminated. Parking can be challenging during dining hours.

I loved this place when I came here a few times a couple years ago. I picked up sushi, sashimi, haedobap, and a few rolls today and the sushi rice was so incredibly wet. It was as wet as those sushi rolls you find at 711 or grocery stores. The fish was great except the yellowtail sashimi wasn’t fully thawed so it had an unpleasant popsicle like bite. The gochujang for the haedobap was unusually spicy so my in laws didn’t enjoy it too much.

It’s disappointing that their quality has gone down so much over 2 years or they’ve just decided to cater to people that prefer their food this way? I’m not sure but it seems like the standards for sushi are falling all over this area.

Probably top 5 Japanese noodles around the neighborhood. Texture of the noodle was very good along with the broth not sure chicken or beef. The vegie was cooked right not too soggy. Been there twice already, its pretty consistence.

I came here on a Friday at around 6 pm. It wasn’t very crowded so my friend and I were immediately seated. We shared a miso ramen and the crispy spicy tuna special roll. I really liked the tuna roll. The rice was crispy because it was deep fried, and the tuna wasn’t too spicy or anything, which I liked. The miso ramen was flavorful, maybe a little bit saltier than I would’ve preferred, but that’s okay. Overall, the food was good, and I’m happy I got to give this place a try.

Was a little under the weather so ordered Ramen delivered. Wasn’t expecting much since the restaurant is called Giant Ramen…

HOWEVER this is one of the best ramen joints I have tried in California! Spicy ramen had rich flavor without being to heavy, veggies were fresh and the egg mind blowing. Can’t wait to visit in person!

Back again within the week! Even better in person. Quick service and great food! Might be my new go-to in the area. I recommend paying in cash since you get free ice cream!

We came in on a Sunday around 2 pm. There are about 10 sets of tables inside. It was semi full, clean. We were sat right away (4 of us). We ordered a chicken Teriyaki bento box which comes with a bowl of miso soup, salad, mixed Tempura and 4 pieces of California roll, or spice California roll. It was larger than I anticipated, so I left with leftovers, yeah. We also ordered the Sesame chicken side, rainbow roll and 2 Ramen combos with rolls. We all enjoyed the food. I would recommend and wi definitely be back.

The volcano was awesome (probably not really sushi for the authentic folks out there BUT.. so good!)
The other options were solid as well — mango tango, keto roll, scallop and the rainbow. I ate it before I got a picture…lol.

It was surprisingly busy at 2 PM and was still full at 3 PM. The spicy charshu ramen was pretty good. I was happy to see it wasn’t overloaded with bean sprouts as many ramen places fill half the bowl with them. The crunch roll that came with the combo was very mediocre, but still a safe choice for those who aren’t adventurous with the roll options. The Atlantic roll was pretty darn good and it comes with shredded fried onions on top. But it is definitely on the heavier side.

The regular ramen is so delicious. Especially, the broth is rich in flavor. The rolls we had together are also tasty, and the staff are friendly. I recommend it to everyone.
