8.9.22 @2:30pm – walked in and ordered crazy bread with marinara sauce (combo) for $5.98 and one Italian cheese for $4.99. The customer service was good and the food was perfect. It was ready immediately (no wait, no line). This is the way Little Caesar’s should taste, and I’ve visited alot of them country-wide!

Ordered a HOT and ready, yeah it was ready, but it was cold as ice and the crust was already tough. Then I called to tell them. I was immediately put on hold which I waited for 10 minutes without an employee returning to the phone. I called back 4 more times and surprise, no answer. By this time they were closed. 0 out of 10 do NOT recommend!

I used to just pull up to order my pizza. Now, I order online. This is a game changer lol. Order online and reduce the long wait. The young man in there was working so hard. He was taking orders, running orders out to cars, and cutting pizza. He was very polite as well.

Y’all they weren’t even open for 45 minutes before this girl at the counter was being MAD and lowkey HATEFUL I told her that I was sorry because she could go ahead and cancel my order because I was just gonna go ahead and drive over to the one on MacArthur Dr.
Cause why you bullying me for tryna get some pizza at 11:45 in the morning I gave the cute lil sweetie at the MacArthur location a $10 tip

Hot-N-Ready does not mean you will get your food when you order it. I ordered my food and it waa 1 hour before I received it. I came up to the drive-thru after calling my order in 15 minutes earlier, and was told to pull around to the front to wait and they would bring my food out to me. Cut-to 40 minutes later I go in to see what is taking so long. I tell them I’m still waiting for my order, and they say, ” Oh, you mean this order?” And then pick up my pizzas from the counter and hand them to me. They had to have sat there for at least 30 minutes. They were no longer hot. Not even warm.

Food was fine, review is for the service.
