I had such a wonderful experience at pizza hut. Cannot compare it to any other pizza place, I had ordered online and immediately got my order right as I walked in. Their employee that helped was already waiting there patiently and greeted me nicely. He made sure I had everything from my order, truly made it feel like I was apart of the community. Horrible service. I ordered, my order took way more than the time it said on there plus the food was horrible. The breadsticks were not cooked properly. The food was cold…. Plus I was missing items from my order. Noemi said she was only going to give me back $4
That is ridiculous…especially when I had given a $10 tip to prepare my food.
I am so upset with the overall experience.

They take way too long to make anything , despite it not being busy, and they don’t apologize for taking well over an hour to make something that would at most take half an hour. The incompetence here is astounding and things should be done about this because I have never had a bad experience at a Pizza Hut before.

Every time I order from this location there is ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER, I guess they are not paying attention because I am either missing food or my food is not made as I asked for. Plus they don’t even apologize when I have told them, last time 2 girls started laughing like if it was a joke. The mayority of the time I rather drive a couple of miles up north to the ones in McAllen but when I choose to get the one close to home I end up upset all the time because the order is always wrong or incomplete. They should get better supervision.
